I completely cut the Comcast cord earlier this year and was surprised to find an email this morning indicating that rates in 2025 would be going up an average of ten percent. Including equipment rentals my bill for TV, phone and Internet would have been north of $335... literally four grand a year. Now, I pay less than half that with T-Mobile and YouTube. Comcast is completely delusional, literally daring you to drop them. So glad that I'm off of the Comcast hamster wheel. A company that is well deservung of zero stars. read more

Xfinity customer service is garbage. They nickel and dime you for everything. Home security system is also trash. Want to charge you for a modem per month, you buy your own to eliminate the monthly fee then nothing else will work on the network cause it's not their modem. Can't wait for there to be a better service provider in the area without the hassle. Do better. read more

My dad went to ask about our Xfinity pod which broke after 2 months. Told us that they couldn't help us because the warranty was only 30 days. He told them that we just wanted to troubleshoot it and basically was told that it was not their problem and we would have to call. If you ever need any help with your service, don't go here. read more

I went in to inquire about Xfinity mobile. It was my 2nd visit and previously spoked with Jason who, yesterday, was out on break, so I spoke with Max. He explained everything and we decided to wait until our phones were paid off. The information provided made for a lot to think about over our current provider. He was very patient and helpful. This is the worst experience I ever had with a cell phone company. They are the most annoying and incompetent company I ever dealt with, i cancelled service minutes are they connect with them. waited over half hour just to get dismissed, told to contact customer service over the phone. Then had the service rep from store yelling at me while I was on the phone with customer care. worst experience I've ever had at a store. Twice now, I have had to interact with this store and 2 x now I can say that this store is absolutely terrible. I waited longer to speak to someone, than the time the rep actually spoke to me. Lazy and rude waste of space didn't care to hear my story and kept over talking me, would talk to other reps as I was talking, paid zero mind to my concerns and basically told me politely to F off. Impolite and unprofessional. Because he did not care to find solution, I called Xfinity back and I found solution that this waste of space did not care to find. This store should just shut down. And if you're reading this - you lazy, rude, worthless asshole of a so called Manager, I want you to know that Xfinity did return that smart phone and are sending me a new one. A solution I told you to try and process but you were too busy trying to kick me out of your store because you couldn't sign me up for a new plan. You should be fired. At the advice of Xfinity customer service representative I visited the store asking the so called store customer service person to help me. She was nice, respectful, but absolutely useless without any knowledge of any subject related to my problem. No help. This store should be closed or dif people trained and hired. read more

This was a great store! This location did move from Auer Court which is nearby to the mall, which to me isn't the best location but due to the struggles of how the mall is, I think it's a good add-in. The staff is friendly, and they did work quickly, despite being crowded, which is odd that the mall was not. I had to return my Xfinity controllers because I was moving, and there would be no need for us using them. The staff did work quickly, and was helpful, overall and did not have an attitude, like what I've experienced on the phone. Good store, overall! read more

I went there because calling Xfinity customer service is useless, and the people working at the store are even more useless and not to mention rude, especially the manager who looks like a dollar store Montel Williams. Never again will I be frequenting an Xfinity store. read more

I cannot stand comcast. the services is terrible as is the customer service. Trying to get them on the phone is impossible.

On Saturday I had to exchange a major box which was put in new on Friday. I went to the east Brunswick store which the gentleman that checked me in was pleasant and said I should wait by the desk and Brain would be with me next. As I was waiting for him, how rude did he get! Total us he was in a private conversation and we should move. After a conformation with him about being rude he continued. I will never go there again and suggest others go to other stores. read more

The service was pleasant and efficient. My only issue is that the address Unit 237 means nothing and it is not updated on the Brunswick Square map online. It is located behind Barnes and Noble next to Victoria's Secret. We parked by Panera and had to carry our equipment to be returned through the mall. read more
