I've been trying to order a screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy cell phone. I have coverage for unlimited screens. In the past I would just go to any T-Mobile and order it. When it would arrive I would bring it back and they would apply it for me. A few months ago I needed another screen protector so I went to a T-Mobile I've been to before and they stated I now have to call T-Mobile. So I called and they stated they do not have any due to the fact that my phone is old and would need to back order it. They said they would put the order in and keep in touch via email/text. In the past I have always received emails from T-Mobile when I ordered a screen protector and the tracking. A few Months past and nothing. I call back and the representative on the phone states they will not be able to provide a screen protector anymore however I'm still paying for the service. I decided to try another t-mobile location so I went to the store on rt 18 East Brunswick, NJ. When I walked in I was helped immediately by a man named Lorenzo or D'lorenzo (sorry if the name is wrong). I explained my situation and he said he could help me. He said he can just put the order thru and it will arrive at my home in 2-3 week. I also received tracking emails. This is how its been done since I owned the phone which is about 5 years. My screen protector just arrived and I couldn't be happier! Lorenzo clearly knew what he was doing! I will be returning to see him from now on with any/and all my cell phone issues! Great job Lorenzo! read more

A clean, well maintained and customer friendly T-Mobile shop. I've not had the opportunity to buy any stuff from this dealership since it's not too close to home but have been here few times for collecting the T-Mobile Tuesday perks. The pleasant staff make the checkout quick, straightforward and easy. Limited but dedicated parking space, so no complaints there. read more

Zaire helped us. My father was hacked and we went in assuming we'd need a new phone. Zaire was honest and patient and took his time helping us. He was especially patient with my 84 year old father. Also, we left with his original phone: he could have easily taken advantage of us and sold us a new phone, but he didn't. read more

Great customer service and I'm calling out Jeff who is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He went above and beyond when I had an issue with my brand new phone that I couldn't figure out. The location was really busy and my issue was a fairly easy fix that I had to wait an hour to do (security issues). He wrote down the steps and even gave me his # in case I ran into any problems. He deserves a raise big time! read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The manager and rep is useless. They don't help unless you are purchasing something. The manager is rude and unprofessiona. They need to close that store down again read more

When I went there today, the new Manager (Brittany) and Assistant Manager were very unfriendly. They didn't have the foresight to help people with their cell phones and cell phone APPs from a different generation than their own. This Manager (Brittany) and Assistant Manager were probably in their 20s or early 30s. They didn't have any training to understand or assist people who didn't have strong a education knowledge in computers and cell phones. They also didn't want to explain any Apps at length. I am 56. I can only imagine how they may talk to seniors or those who have disabilities. Other Management and staff who were working there months before were much more professional and were more helpful than the Management who I met this morning. I thought this morning 's Manager was immature, unfriendly and unprofessional. read more

Was provided excellent and friendly service by Anthony, Shemika and Elissa. Would highly recommend this t-mobile for those in the area.

Had to share my wonderful experience at the T-Mobile on Route 18, East Brunswick. From the moment you walk in... the staff instantly greets you and they call your name in a timely fashion. The T-Mobile representative Jay was unbelievable... he was so professional knowledgable and courteous and most of all very patient. Jay gets 5 Stars all the way!! Keep up the excellent work Jay and thank you so much! Mary read more

Bought a simple 2 prong wall charger for my phone. The charger required a USB c to USB c cable. I took one off the wall and the sales associate recommended a different one for some reason. Without thinking I took the recommendation and went home. Got home and realized he gave me the wrong cable. Returned a few days later to return the items and they told me I had to wait 45 mins. Even though I explained it was a simple return and it was their (almost deliberate) mistake they said "sorry you have to wait 45 mins". The queuing system is absurd. Horrible customer service. read more

Since my last visit they have remodeled the store which is much more accommodating to sales people and customers. Much easier to browse and shop. New sales people who are quite knowledgeable and pleasant. I was in and out in an hour with a new phone ready to go. No b.s. no sitting there for hours trying to figure out what got transfered n what didn't. The salesman answered every and all questions. I can honestly say it was a pleasure getting a new phone and taking care of my plan. He took the time to go thru ALL the accessories, which their are quite a lot. He even explained my monthly bill and what I would be paying. Set my phone up with screen protector and showed me how to use fast charger. He spoke to customer service and went thru every step of my phone to make sure all my stuff was on it. Definitely made trip there enjoyable and hassle free. read more

Been standing here for 45 minutes and no one even said hi or how can I help. I needed a new Sim card which most like not take longer than 10 minutes. Also had multiple people come in after me get service first. So there is that. I'll let you know when they actually ask me if I need help. It was one hour... But at least they gave me the Sim card for free. read more

We had a very nice sales representative but the promise of this company did not happen We traded 3 phones was told that we will be getting termination fee I fax all documents have me 1 termination fee fax again and they send the next so I called what happen to the third they told me it's too late they cannot give it to me because it took a while to give them the termination bill. I told them since I receive the bill I faxed it several times which means they really don't intend to give you the termination fee. I'm switching back to Verizon, better service, much much better guaranteed. read more

If you are looking to be misinformed and "taken for a ride" this is the place to go. Recently purchased a cell phone and turned in my old phone (in which the woman helping me said it I was getting a $500.00 credit). Spent hours there. When I got home I noticed there was a couple things that were missing and also not informed about. I didn't receive a receipt for turning in the old phone, didn't see the credit on my purchase receipt. Went to the store today because I do not like the S20 Note and the person servicing me said that if I return the phone for another one that I would lose the $500.00 credit. I said why would I lose the credit when I am getting another phone just I do not like this one. He said that it is a promotional credit. I explained I was not informed it was a promotional credit and asked why it did not show on the purchase receipt. He said that the account is credited $20.00 per month for two years. I explained that I was not informed of this. He said there was nothing he could so that it was her fault for not informing me. In my opinion this is not an ethical was to conduct business and buyer beware because they will pull the wool over your eyes. read more

I went in yesterday to get a brand new iPhone 6. The employee (Bishoy) that set me up was super nice, he knew what he was doing, and he worked to give me the best deal for my money. I got more data per phone line and 3 free tablets for free. And he moved all of my contacts and photos to my new phone as well as install the screen protector. That T-Mobile branch is just a nice place and I had a good experience. read more

This is probably the shadiest T-Mobile store I have been to. The commission hungry sales reps hold no qualms about lying to get more money. I have been told things like: "The reason you don't get free shipping with your manufacturers warranty is because you don't have insurance on your phone." what makes this weird is that the manufacture warranty is not a T-Mobile insurance claim, it is a claim with the manufacturer of the device, to further support this, I do not have to pay a deductible with a warranty, with a T-Mobile insurance claim I do. These are two separate services. I believe the rep had the option of charging a lesser value for shipping and used that to leverage me into getting committing to a monthly insurance plan, which she would obviously make money from. To prove this, I called T-Mobile for a different incident requiring a warranty claim, the rep on the phone was charging me for shipping (less than the in-store rep) and I asked her if having insurance would allow me to get free shippings, she replied "yes, but you'd then have a $200 deductible". A month later, I went back to the store, this time being taken care of by a man. I had heard that there was now an international calling plan that would allow me to call Brazilian cell phones with no per minute charge. He told me yes, my bill increased $5 dollars /month, and we both walked out happy. Until one month later my T-Mobile bill came and I was charged more than $100 extra because I was being billed at $0.05/minute. Thankfully, T-mobile support waived that extra cost because of the dishonesty. Please, do not frequent this store, dishonesty in the market should not prosper, it should crumble. read more

We pay for 3 lines, out of contract plan which includes 1gigabyte data plan on each line. My dad's phone data wasn't working (no internet, calls+Wi-Fi worked fine). On the phone (#611) I s told to drop by this CORPORATE STORE and have the staff look at my dad's phone. As soon as we walked in and asked for help to get internet access running on my dad's phone, the front desk informed me that "we don't do that ... We are just sales ". This was obviously a pathetic excuse because most likely the front desk staff don't know anything. I called the T-Mobile customer care number from the store and was informed that the store should have been able to help me. The reason I'm giving them a ONE star is because this is supposed to be a corporate store and neither staff member even attempted to help. When I was with at@t , I distinctly remember how helpful the staff was. Unlike this store, they helped me transfer my contacts. Data to the new phone and even gave me a micro Sim card to use for the new phone. This was all done for free BTW. Don't go to these incompetent ppl and instead pick another location or just call 611 like I did read more

We were helped by a nice young lady, although a little rushed--pushy---we decided to go ahead with switching our business lines over and trying to consolidate our lines, wi-fi, and tracking device (for vehicle) and to save a little money. What a disaster. We were promised the world and then all of a sudden when she came to put our ports in everything changed. We were stuck with a business phone that didn't work, our tablets weren't compatible, and we couldn't get out of the tracking and wifi contract. Shell out more money for new tablets and a new work phone and stuck with a bill from Verizon and Tmobile---NO WAY!!! Went back to Verizon who had to spent 4 hours getting our phones back. Never again. When it all came down to it, our bill with Verizon turned out to be the same if not cheaper and a lot more convenient. read more

This store has lied to me about my bill, about my coverages and my international services. They lied to me about my data, and they lied about how much I would get back from switching to them from my previous provider. The manager who did all this is Joe. A short idiot who will lie through his teeth. I do not recommend t-mobile and I do not recommend this store read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went into the store to buy a SIM card and received 3 pieces of inaccurate information from the customer service rep, ranging from price, length of sim card term and whether their SIM card would work on my phone - they said they double checked this information. They told me about an extra activation fee seconds before I swiped my credit card instead of stating all charges before the purchase had been rung up. And immediately after they charged my credit card, they said their terms were in fact different and now only valid for a term 3x less than what they originally stated, and the SIM card wouldn't recognize their network - this is called fraud in any dictionary. They kept me waiting 1 hour once I had complained, while they served other customers, only to tell me 1 hour later they couldn't do anything and to call the manager the next day. I called the manager the next morning and he said he couldn't give me a refund and wanted me to pay $15 extra for another phone! What kind of customer service is that? Like the other commenter, I would advise you to avoid this place and go to Verizon or AT&T. read more

Today I visited this T-Mobile store and Anthony was the guy helping me, actually my mother was with me and he helped us both. Anthony is SO knowledgeable, not only did he help us, but I also saw that he was the go-to guy for some of his colleagues too. Anthony took the time to answer ALL of our questions and he helped us find the right phones and plan for my family. I highly recommend Anthony to anyone who that likes to be treated with respect and kindness. I'm actually an executive recruiter and I have hired many salespeople and I see Anthony having a very successful career in sales ;) read more

I went with my girlfriend to get a new phone and Elissa R helped us, she was great. The staff was very friendly we also got free socks and a hat with our purchase which was nice. I avoid the purchase of a new phone mainly because of the long, boring wait but Elissa R was very nice and helpful. I will definitely give this store my business in the future. read more
