He hands me my old phone that is now disconnected and the new one that is broken and tells my husband to wait until 8pm so he can fight him in the parking lot. Needless to say that didnt go well. The manager finally showed back up at 650pm and GUESS WHAT he just never bothered to put in the sim card and it turned out to be defective anyway so i needed a complete new one. The other work who the manager refused to give me his first name continued to threaten my husband even when the manager asked him to stop. I have been a customer for 18+years. NEVER have i received such service or had it take 4 hours to get a phone. I will be contacting corporate as well. The tall, heavy set, light skin , african American man was the one who wanted to fight my husband and continued to disrespect me. I had to have my brother come just to take the kids out of the situation. So disrespected and disappointed. NO ONE DESERVES treatment like that. However, when the technician arrived, he only unscrewed four bolts, placed the TV on the floor, and stated that installation was not included in the service. According to him, the service covers either uninstalling or installing -- not both. This is not what is communicated in the description and creates a false expectation for the customer. The wording clearly suggests a complete uninstall and reinstall service, not a partial task. This experience was frustrating and a waste of time. The service description should be corrected to accurately reflect what is actually included, so other customers are not misled.
