They told me to come back on Friday to pick up the job, so I got there at 1 pm on Friday, at which point I was told to come back at 6 pm. At 6pm I went back and the guy told me to come back on Monday. WTF. Then I went in on Monday to pick up the phone and I finally got it, great, the screen is nice, no problem... except that now my phone gets basically no reception. When I broke the screen, I couldn't see anything but I still got reception and I could still make calls... now, I can see perfectly that I have zero bars of reception. In New York City, outside on the street -- no reception! When I called to complain, the owner told me to call my service provider and ask for a replacement under warranty, and not mention the fact that I had them repair the phone. So basically instead of apologizing and offering to fix the problem, or offering a refund, or offering another repair at no charge, or ANYTHING, he basically told me it wasn't his problem and to deal with the problem myself, by lying to my service provider. Also, he had implied to me that getting a repair from them WOULDN'T void the warranty as the repair shop was somehow officially liscenced or something. Clearly I should have sent the phone to the manufacturer for support, but I figured I would save money (the manufacturer wanted $100 plus shipping for the repair; WW did it for $60). At the end of the day, this place was the exact opposite of helpful, and I wish I'd never heard of them. If I could give negative twenty stars, I would.

don't go to this phone store. they scammed me into purchasing 3 phones in order to acquire a new…read moret-mobile plan when it was no purchase necessary. after telling them to cancel the order, they proceeded to charge my credit card anyways. this store is also suspected of swapping out legitimate t-mobile phones with ones with bad IMEI's. if you ever wonder why this store won't ship the phones to your home address, it's because they want the phones shipped to their store so they can swap your phone with their's. one of my relative's phones were caught with a stolen S5 IMEI from this store. beware. be safe and order your phones from t-mobile online.

This is two months over due…read more Two stars for service and trust. Would have been one star but price is honestly cheap. Story goes as followed. I need my wife's phone and mine to be fixed. Both iPhone 7's, water resistant and Retina display. Apple where I would normally go asked for $150 plus waiting a day. waiting a day was a deal breaker. I came to this store because I needed a quick fix but I also wanted guarantees. The girl was friendly and polite. The technician was rude as hell. He claimed he hated customers like me because I was nosey and worried. Buddy when your owner reads this I hope he approaches you and tells you to not speak with paying customers ever. I tipped the technician just to be generous since I kept him in past 8pm. The main concern was that I was promised a screen that was identical to the one I had prior on both phones. This was not true. In fact the screen did not even calibrate properly. Right away they needed to replace one of the phones screens after I got my own replaced. Should have read the writing on the walls then. My fault. The rep claimed the screens were identical, the colors and tones would be identical and the feel of the screen would be identical. Typical bait and switch, needless to say the screens were not Retina display so the colors were not crisp. Also the phone was now not water resistant. Both things I stressed when asking before making my purchase. Be warned they use after market parts which we all could have guessed but to blatantly lie and say it's the same screen even after I showed them the difference in color. Moving on, my wife called Asking for Money back and she was given an attitude by the clerk. I get it this is Brighton Beach and people gotta make a buck but lying to my face and having a really rude technician does not justify your business handling its clients in such a way. We went to Apple two days later and paid to get new screens put back on. The Apple rep showed us how the phone screens are different in every way. Long story short be warned.
