This is the worst service. I live in a "luxury building" where this is offered as a quick way to connect to the internet. It's satellite service and drops service repeatedly--anytime there's a fucking cloud or light rain. Your streaming services will make you think you have dial-up. There is no way to transfer service online if you move to another unit. They make you call their number and wait times are 30 mins + for them to tell you there is nothing they can do. I've called about the spotty service and they "reset the router" for the building. I had two accounts because I had 2 apartments in the same building. When I cancelled one account they cancelled both without consulting me. This was in the middle of a work day. They would not reconnect my second account without me paying a fee even though this was their istake. Get a cable internet service. Andrena is not worth it. read more

Best bang for your buck. Can run multiple devices and streaming services with no issues. Easy set up and responsive customer service!

Love the service, my building didn't have any wiring apparently for fios or any of the other major providers but luckily Andrena was able to install their equipment and provide much needed high speed internet access. If you're big on decentralized internet this is a great option as well. Never had any issues do wish there was a wired connection standard but this can be fixed using a WiFi extender with a Ethernet jack on board. read more

Providing an internet service for only $25? No way, I thought. With Internet companies charging hundreds of dollars a month, what is the catch? Who said all Internet providers have terrible customer service? A year ago I moved into my new home and for the first time in 10 years I compared different internet plans. I decided to go with Andrena because they were the most price competitive for the same monthly data. That said, what really won me over is their amazing customer service and responsiveness (they actually answer to phone calls and address any questions you might have!).
