I called to cancel my NFL Sunday Ticket BEFORE they automatically renewed it, but they renewed it anyway. When I received a bill for the 1st of 6 installments, I called to address the problem. They acknowledged that I did not have the service and that the bill was a mistake, issued a credit, and told me it would not happen again. This has been repeated now for 4 months in a row and I fully expect to have to do it for installments 5 and 6. I even spoke to a supervisor last month and they gave me a ticket#. It doesn't help that each of these calls lasts 30-60 minutes (I get put on hold multiple times and have to answer the same questions multiple times (like "what is your phone number and can we call and text it about our services" (answer always no))!

I went in and explained the issue. The associate looked at me and said, "I doubt they advised you to come here. There is absolutely nothing we can do to help you in the store." I explained that I was just following instructions. He then proceeded to roll his eyes and said, "Well, they were wrong." and walked away. I guess once they got me to sign a contract I am no longer important. I am not upset because he couldn't help me. Obviously I was given the wrong information. When I called customer service back once I got home, they were able to help me right away. It was his lack of interest and attitude that made me angry.

It was a little difficult getting National Satellite to really understand the situation but they sent out Eric who had originally set us up 2 years ago and he totally got it. He was very very dilligant and worked very hard to resolve a complicated wiring situation in a very large corporate high rise in Center City Philadelphia. I feel I was given inaccurate information during our conversation, and these unexpected charges were never explained. Additionally, as a 77-year-old customer who has been with Xfinity for many years, I'm very disappointed that the bill keeps increasing every year and that there is still no senior discount available. Because of these ongoing issues and today's experience, I am seriously considering switching to Verizon. I would appreciate it if someone could review my account, explain these charges in detail, remove any incorrect fees, and honor the pricing I was originally quoted.
