    If I could give 0 I would, I was working this morning when a comcast employee came in for a…read morescheduled service to install two new cable boxes at our establishment. Upon arrival I said oh you must be here for the cable installation to which he responded you know more than I do why I am here, weird! So I brought him out to the spot where he was going to be installing the cable box too which he informed me he could not do because the TVs were not mounted yet, I said oh I did not realize, I am a 22 year old female and he said do you even know how to do this you will have to hold the TV up for me the entire time I work on it. I said that is not realistic so then I showed him he TV which was in an isolated electrical closet and he continued alone with me saying "I could watch you hold up the TV all day" then proceeded to ask when I get off work and he wants to take me to lunch and he will give me his number to which I responded absolutely not and you need to leave I have a boyfriend. Now that situation was inappropriate and unprofessional enough, I brought it to my manager's attention when he arrived, of course he was shocked and agreed it was extremely inappropriate. He called Comcast to address the situation, was put on hold for over an hour and the supervisor refused to talk to him saying, not my problem call the police. If this is the type of employee behavior that Comcast allows I would never let them near my home or business. Disgusting, and he never even completed the job he came to do!

    I needed someone to reconfigure our surround sound system after one of our kids touched some…read morebuttons and we couldn't figure out how to fix it, and program a universal remote. After an awful experience with Geek Squad where I ended up cancelling their appointment due to them not having their act together, I did a search and found these guys via Google. I called them mid morning - They took all of my information, asked really direct questions to get the information they needed, and quoted me a fair price (about $80 less than what Geek Squad wanted to charge me), which is exactly what I ended up paying, so no hidden fees were involved. Within a half hour of hanging up, I got an email from one of their techs asking if I was still free at 3:00 that day. I said yes, and asked if he could get there about 10 after, and he seemed happy to oblige. Patrick was awesome. He was really thorough in looking over the sound system, and was able to fix it, as well as configure it so that we could use it with our Smart TV apps. He even ran out to get a wire he needed, and fixed our outside deck speakers. He programmed our remote so that everything was accessible there, and so that if something were to get messed up again, it was easy to reset to the correct settings. He spent at least 3 hours working on things. On top of that, he was super friendly, and didn't seem to mind my dog sneaking over to try to cuddle with him and give him kisses (despite my efforts to keep her outside of his personal space). He spent some time with me doing a 'How to' and answering my questions before he left as well. On time, thorough, helpful, and friendly = great service. I really appreciated that they stayed true to the cost they quoted me, and that they were able to come out same day to resolve my issue. Would definitely recommend them and will plan to use them if I have any other issues!

    SCAM! Multiple rescheduling after billing my credit card. Tech called to say he was in his way and…read morenever showed up. Another tech was assigned, he never showed up. They res checked the appointment without my concern and then the tech still do not show up. Customer service finally admitted no tech was available but I spoke with the tech a few hours ago who said he is on the way. COMPLETE SCAM. Use ANY OTHER IT SERVICE. They wasted my entire day.

    If I could give this establishment, zero stars are minus stars I definitely would. I was on the…read morephone with tech-support for two hours two days ago. They told me to go into the store show them that my phone was not broken or cracked, and they would start the process of replacing it. I repeatedly asked them if they were certain it would be free because I did not have insurance. They assured me it was I went into the Verizon store Manahawkin yesterday and had the worst customer experience of my life. They told me they could not do anything for me. They could've replaced the phone. They didn't know why they told me to come in here and then they walked away and left me in the store with no one on the floor. I was appalled. A young woman came out, and I asked her where her manager was she handed and hard long story short. She finally told me her manager would be back, told me his name and then "so why do you want to know? He's not going to do anything for you" I explained the problem that I had and I said I was hoping that a manager would be able to help. She was unnecessarily rude. When I called back later in the afternoon and spoke to the manager, he didn't want to tell me the names of the people that I spoke to at the time I was on the phone with Verizon Customer Service supervisor and she was supposed to be writing up a report. The manager finally gave me the young lady's name, but didn't offer any reasonable explanation for the treatment. I asked Customer Service to be escalated to the executive department because I really thought they should know what happened. Apparently they say they cannot do that. They're really sad part about the whole thing is that they could have up charged me to a new phone easily went to Apple turns out there's nothing wrong with my phone. It's Verizon network that's all screwed up. Needless to say after over 20 years with Verizon. I am going to a different carrier.
