What a different experience! I was having an issue with my service. I had called customer…read moreservice. They instructed me to go to my local store as they would be able to better assist me. I went in and explained the issue. The associate looked at me and said, "I doubt they advised you to come here. There is absolutely nothing we can do to help you in the store." I explained that I was just following instructions. He then proceeded to roll his eyes and said, "Well, they were wrong." and walked away. I guess once they got me to sign a contract I am no longer important. I am not upset because he couldn't help me. Obviously I was given the wrong information. When I called customer service back once I got home, they were able to help me right away. It was his lack of interest and attitude that made me angry.

They could've replaced the phone. They didn't know why they told me to come in here and then they walked away and left me in the store with no one on the floor. I was appalled. A young woman came out, and I asked her where her manager was she handed and hard long story short. She finally told me her manager would be back, told me his name and then "so why do you want to know? He's not going to do anything for you" I explained the problem that I had and I said I was hoping that a manager would be able to help. She was unnecessarily rude. When I called back later in the afternoon and spoke to the manager, he didn't want to tell me the names of the people that I spoke to at the time I was on the phone with Verizon Customer Service supervisor and she was supposed to be writing up a report. The manager finally gave me the young lady's name, but didn't offer any reasonable explanation for the treatment. I asked Customer Service to be escalated to the executive department because I really thought they should know what happened. Apparently they say they cannot do that. They're really sad part about the whole thing is that they could have up charged me to a new phone easily went to Apple turns out there's nothing wrong with my phone. It's Verizon network that's all screwed up. Needless to say after over 20 years with Verizon. I am going to a different carrier.

I later then return to the store to get my money back, to find someone has already deposited the days cash to the bank. I was then sent to the bank after being written a check by the associate. I was not under the impression I would be sold bootleg counterfeit apple airpods that were meant to be sold as the real thing. This could seriously hurt a business especially when legal intervention gets involved. Glad to say I got my money back but would not recommend buying anything from this store.
