    If there was a way to give a star negative rating I would. I have been contacting Spirit Broadband…read morefor 5 months requesting that they move their lines to new utility poles that I have had installed. They are required to do this if the infrastructure exists. So far I have called a total of 10 times. A majority of the time you are directed to a voicemail that goes nowhere, no returned calls, and definitely no service. Should you happen to luck up and speak to a live person you are told that they will notify the supervisor or appropriate service technicians and they will contact you back/get right on it. If you request, they will ring you to that person's voicemail which of course gives you the same result as the first customer service voicemail. The only redeeming item is that the poor customer service lady does seem to try, but it doesn't seem like anyone else in the company willing do anything for their customers. I guess I can't blame her for not wanting to pick up the phone since there is nothing she can really do to help you.     I've used this cable service for internet for ten yrs and the last 4 1/2 yrs have been the worst…read moreservice you can imagine . I've not had service for over a yrs worth of collective days in the last 4 1/2 yrs ! They won't answer the phone and fail to show for apts etc , the only time I get a return call is if the problem has been fixed already and they know it at there end and sometimes like now I wouldn't have had service for five weeks straight and these are not storm related outages . I would appreciate that they even listed the problem on there answer service but they have not in my area . I've spoken many months ago to a man whom claims to be the owner and he was nothing but an ego maniac narcissist sounding whom ranted at me and even his own workers whom listened in apologized for his behavior to me . I feel there should be a class action lawsuit brought against this company . This company deserves negative stars if possible but I had to put one to comment ! I must also comment that the outage of service has never been at my end in my residence etc !

    Called the night before to ensure a phone was available before I drove an hour the next day to the…read morestore. Haley answered and stated it was available and offered to hold it for me. Previously I had called 3 other stores with no answer. The following day I made the drive an hour to the store. Sure enough Haley was there and the phone was set aside just as I was told. After a few hours (system issues that were not the fault of the store) my purchase was complete and I was on my way. Haley was understanding , kind, apologetic due to the system issues, and very polite and professional from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. There aws no "hello" or any form of acknowledgement from the staff member. There was a couple he was working with and another couple waiting. I said hello (pretty much to the entire room) and inquired about my 1pm appt and he said I could sign in for the waitlist because appts dont matter and it would be a very long wait. I said I had made an appt for 1pm today yesterday to assure a shorter wait. He rolled his eyes and said I could come back later because it would be hours before he could take the 10 minutes to take my trade in... Extremely unprofessional, lacking any customer service skills and was even rude to the other couple that had been waiting. EVEN the other couple that had been waiting for what they shared was over an hour, said he could service me first, since I had an established appt. Just really disappointed in how a NEW (or any for that matter) customer was being treated AND even with a pre-scheduled appointment for something that takes 10 minutes. I hope management will take this into consideration and address the problem.
