Such a great experience! I usually regret every aspect of going into the store, but being greeted by Bryan Surrel (spelling?) was just so great! He helped in every way possible and I just enjoyed the experience, which is usually not the case, when you are going to an office to get a issue resolved. I will happily go back to this office, if Bryan is working. No joke, he was just so incredibly helpful and did everything in his power to get the issue resolved! Thanks again, Bryan read more

Great job from the guy at the front desk (I think his name is Daniel) explaining to me what X1 is and how much different is from Dish (my current provider). I am really considering switching as soon as my contract with Dish expires. Thank you for answering all my questions. read more

I was having a lot of problems with my Comcast equipment this summer. Danny Ciobanu and the other staff members at our local ABC service center were absolutely wonderful. I felt that they were very sympathetic to my problems and went out of their way to help me. They are courteous and knowledgeable and did their very best to get technicians to my house as soon as possible. I ended up having 6 technicians come to my house to work on my phones, my internet and my TVs before the problems were finally fixed. The staff at the ABC have a very difficult job dealing with people (like me!) who are upset when their equipment fails--especially lately while Comcast is upgrading a lot of its system--and they handle it very well. It can't be easy! read more

Comcast has taken a lot of heat for having poor customer service, but my experience with Daniel in Aspen was among the best customer service experience I have ever had. I had several complex issues that needed immediate attention which Daniel handled with ease. His quick answers and humor helped speed the process along. Ask for Daniel personally, and he will help you like no other person at Comcast can. read more

I lived in Aspen for about 10 year and I had comcast for all the period. Every time I needed anything I was going in the office until i took a business card named Daniel Ciobanu. Since then I just need to call or even text him. For me it was super convenient. I moved to Denver about 1 year ago and still doing the same thing. Just a simple call and Daniel is doing everything. As an engineer with a…read morelong history in home automation, I knew exactly what I wanted--a seamless, integrated system for audio, video, lighting control, security, and more, without the hassle of managing multiple apps. Initially, I thought I'd have to either code it myself, which I didn't have time for, or invest in an expensive, established system like Savant or Crestron. I reached out to several companies before finding Sopris, but all the quotes I received were ridiculously over budget. Then I found Robert at Sopris, and everything changed. Instead of trying to sell me on expensive gear, he focused on understanding my goals, what was important to me, and most importantly, my budget. Based on that, he designed a system that has worked flawlessly for over a year now. I've had no issues, and when I've needed some custom changes, Robert and his team have been extremely responsive, often making the adjustments the same day through remote access--and always for a reasonable fee. What really stands out is their integrity. I recommended Sopris to a friend who wanted a more advanced surround sound system, and instead of upselling, they delivered a superior setup at a price far better than anything from places like Best Buy's Geek Squad. Sopris truly offers expert solutions at affordable price points, and I couldn't be happier with the service.
