After a lot of unneeded negotiations, QAV asking for additional costs to replace the shades, and a legal letter, QAV were compelled to replace the shades with the Crestron quoted shades. A terrible experience as they were deceitful and unethical. Also, their wiring was exceptionally poor workmanship as seen in the photos.
