Michael coordinated the proposals for mold remediation and carpentry and scheduled plumbers to come by to give me bids. He is very reliable, thorough and great at communicating so I always knew he was working on getting me a solid and fair proposal. Equally important in clinching my awarding him the contract was that he guarantees his estimates, unlike Belmont's competitor which couldn't promise that a change order might increase the total costs.

With it being a smaller size kitchen our challenge was trying to get everything he wanted into the room without making it look crowded. To start the process, New Box drew us kitchen plans that help them be able to see the cabinets, all the kitchen equipment and created a space for a pantry. The way they drew the kitchen allowed us to see the flow of the space. Honestly both locations helped us with their cabinets, guidance on a color or style, marble verses manmade stone.
