All I remember is paying about $100 a month and receiving an enormous amount of networks including HBO, TMC, AMC, Fox and lots of local channels and music channels. Solves problems fast. I don't go long without any kind of service I may need at that time.

They got you, what can I say? I need Internet. I recently changed my service with them and they gave me a new box. Well the box did not work. I called them, and they said it was not my fault and that they would send a service man to correct the problem. Well, I noticed on my bill that they charged me 40 bucks for the service that was not gong to cost me anything. I e-mailed them with no response. I don't have time to hunt down the $40 bucks. This is not a problem with the location at hand but with the corporate policies of Comcast. If they handle this problem, I will come back and update this review. read more

I am paying these guys close to $200/mo but the worst tech support in the world. They hang up when pressed a little bit. I am having internet issues( modem not connecting with Comcast) and all the tech support tells me is to restart the modem. ( multiple times). And than asked me to schedule a tech to come out which I will pay $30 for. I did not do anything and the internet stopped working all of a sudden. This has happened before and has magically started working again. I used their service for my work related work and my home phone. They can schedule a tech to come in on a weekday ( I work mon - Fri ). This is absurd because they know most people work on weekdays. If they cannot provide a reliable service than they shouldn't be claiming that I the advertisements. This is false advertisement. read more

Comcast has been our ISP for 17 years. Always a reliable connection. The two slowness problems we have had years ago, were due to modem boxes that were being phased out. The service center gladly swapped them out and we were back up and running. Service has only gone out completely for a very short time once or twice and they are honest about reporting it as well as any areas impacted by delays and they truly do work on them. Price is reasonable with minor increases over the years as expected. I think it is neat that Comcast merged with NBC and you get to see TV show headlines on the Comcast home screen. Today, I got the lastest in a series of things that make me crazy with Comcast/Xfinity. I went to watch a "free movie" and, after paying a big bill each month, I had to watch commercials before seeing the film. Only a daily basis, I experience "hot spots" that do not work. it is the hardest thing to find someone with whom one can discuss the lack of attention to these matters. read more
