BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! RESEARCH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SCAM COMPLAINTS BEFORE PURCHASE…read more In my experience, Steve McCall is a thief & Imperia Designs is a very dishonest company. I received a proposal from Steve and Imperia Designs on 7/31 for a simple single-event website & branding services. I informed Steve that I needed a quick turnaround for upcoming sponsor presentations, and he told me that I could expect delivery in 2 weeks, though the proposal outlined 2-3 weeks. Over the next 3 weeks, I received several emails & text messages that were both conflicting and completely untrue, from Steve directly telling me that my website was completed, and that I could expect the link later in the day or evening. My corporate presentation was scheduled for Monday Aug. 13th 2.5 hours away, which featured the display of my event website and how partners could be prominently featured. This is where the Lying started, so after Aug. 11th I had no idea of what was true and what was not. *Documented Lies *On August 10th, he sent me a text message saying the site was already completed and the upload somehow got paused and would be re-loaded on the 12th. *On August 10th, he sent me another text message saying that I would receive a detailed email on the money allocation for "marketing services" as this description remained very vague and changed 2X in his explanation. *On August11th, when I informed him that I didn't receive the link or the email he promised, he sent another text saying "Just working on getting everything situated". I never head back from Steve or received any information. * On August 12th I did not hear from Steve, or receive the link for the website to review. He also never sent the email he told me to expect on the 10th. *On August 13th, he sent me a text message saying "I'm driving at the moment, but I'll send you an email by tonight". Needless to say lie number 5, produced no results. The evening before a critical company meeting. *On August 14th the morning of my meeting, I reached out over and over again and finally heard back from Steve, 20 minutes before my meeting. His text response was "The new theme is installed, and we are working on it last night, but I didn't know what time you were going to be there". WHAT??????? Are you kidding me. On Wed. August 15th, he sent me a message saying "I cant talk right now" because of a family emergency and death in the family. With 3 more sponsor meetings planned in late August and early September, I had to hire a new contractor, and simply asked for the money back and to part amicably. After loosing two more potential sponsorship clients, I acknowledged his family emergency and simply asked for the return of my money. At least 20 emails requesting a refund has gone unresponded since then. Reports have been filed with the NJ State Police Cyber Crimes division.

Where do I begin?!…read more I met Sean and Kate at a networking meeting, when they said graphic designs my eyes lit up. I was searching for someone for 3 years. I already had my logo but my other print marketing needed a professional touch. They weren't pushy or salesy. They were just mellow and smiling. I told Sean my ideas and stuff that I liked which was kinda all over the place and I knew it. Sean came to my office took a look around and then created the most awesome mailer post card. I needed a professional look to my gift certificates also. Sean recommended I redo my business cards and brochure to match everything. Kolbedesign really pulled my branding together with gentle recommendations. Which all made sense. They think of everything you don't think of for designing, branding and marketing. Kolbedesigns has outstanding customer service, great prices for the quality and perfection in their work, execution and delivery of services in a timely manner. I always recommend and will continue to recommend them to other small business professionals.

I am a federal criminal defense attorney in Philadelphia who for many years had a website that I…read morehad built myself with the help of a professional site builder program. The reason that I had chosen to do that is because I wanted very much to have total control over not only the content of my site but the presentation because I wanted it to be truly reflective of me and not of some unknown person who would be building it. With the passage of time and with SEO sophistication, I became very limited in what I could do with my site as far as presentation and also with its performance on search engines. Consequently, I was forced to consider professional alternatives regarding the building of a new website. I was extremely apprehensive in doing so because I was reluctant to turn my identity over to someone else whom I didn't know whether I could trust to do things as I wanted them to be done. I am someone who is very meticulous about matters and also someone who wanted my website to continue to be very unique and personal, albeit done in a professional manner. I was referred to Iskan Ibragimov through a mutual friend who knows how I am and who assured me that he was not like other professionals in this field but would instead be devoted to working hand-in-hand with me to build not only a high-performing and professional lawyer's website but one that was very personal and reflective of me as well as done to my exact specifications. I was still reluctant but decided to give him a chance, and it has proven to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am an extremely demanding and difficult client, and Iskan has far exceeded and surpassed my expectations as a professional and as a human being. He never said no to any request and worked round-the-clock and hand-in-hand with me to deliver a website that is sophisticated and polished but yet very personal and very me. Not only that, but Iskan rectified all of the prior problems with my SEO rankings and my new website is performing phenomenally well with the relevant search terms. Clients compliment me on the uniqueness and sophistication and user friendliness of my new website all the time, and I owe it all to Iskan!

I definitely suggest working with them especially if you are a person that really does not understand the world of web building but you need a GREAT website and you want to work with a company that does not make you feel bad for that and will work with you to understand what you are doing and what will be the best options for your site.
