Poor communication, no follow up, and finally after effort on my part he finally came by. He asked I send him pics of the pavers and gravel I may want, which I did, but never heard from him. My email stated going forward we will only communicate via email as text messages are not good documentation for a $3K project (it is what he gave me without seeing the project). A week has past and no response. I had another very bad experience last year with another concrete person and Ramos seemed to follow the same path, so I am backing off. The $3K did not include materials. It is not a big job, and I have done this myself in past homes. As you can see in his response below that he never intended to follow-up yet lead me to believe he would send an estimate and to send him pictures. Why say that with no intention to follow-up. amazing how a negative review gets immediate attention.

The quality of his work was really good, despite me being a little hesitant at first. James came on time and didn't leave until the job was done. I'm glad I gave James a shot at my repairs. He is honest , hardworking, and will give you an estimate on the work you need without charging an arm and leg like a few others that I contacted here on Yelp. The only bad thing that I wished James did, was better clean the area before departing. However, they were small areas on my grass. Before & after photos included! I Highly recommend, J&S Masonry.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and walked me through the entire process for applying epoxy to our garage floor. He also mentioned he could paint the interior of the garage beforehand, making the whole project seamless. His quote was fair and detailed, and his crew began the work within just a few days. The transformation took only two days, and the results are outstanding--the garage looks completely renewed. Excellent work all around. I highly recommend Jesus and his team at Prestigious Overlay Decor. Well done! The pictures don't do the work justice, but it is amazing!

I had some steel planter boxes by our pool that I wanted to donate to the community. Jesus did some work for another resident and came highly recommended. Jesus came to our home, explained what he would do and went above and beyond to do more than we even expected. I hired his crew to do a few more things to make the pool area spectacular. And it was! Highly recommend this company. Super nice, fair on pricing, on time, works hard and delivers superior quality and service. I certainly will spread the word! Thank you!

Professionalism Abounds!…read more I am a professional photographer and have been preparing for the construction of my building/studio for some years now. (Current projections are for me to break ground within the next 18 months.) I have always been looking at the best & most cost effective way to to build my studio without the need to redo / rebuild / refloor / rewhatever something within the next few decades. I want to build it to last. When I've talked with them, they've been very professional. They've answered my questions. They also have one of the most amazing show rooms I have ever seen in my life. My grandfather and uncles were contractors, I've seen my fair share of show rooms. The ACS show room goes right up there with the high end furniture stores that I've been to. It is absolutely beautiful! The creative process is something that I can appreciate and the wide range of finishes they can perform is astounding. From marble to wood to almost anything and everything in between, their floors just, well, floored me! From when I've talked with them, I've gathered that David is the one that oversees EVERYTHING in the field and Heather is the one that does the business and books. It is a "Mom & Pop" operation with the quality of an artisan shoppe. I know many who work do work with them and I've never heard a complaint from any. If you're looking for someone to use for your home, office, or something else entirely, and you want it to not only look good but last, I strongly advise you go to ACS. They're absolutely amazing and their prices are worth the finished product.

After some final discussion to make sure things were clear, we approved the project. They showed up on the agreed-upon date and prepped the site, digging out excess dirt AND removing it, then laying base and tamping it by machine rather than trying to "stomp it in". They returned two days later (due to rain), set the wire mesh and poured the concrete. Couldn't be more pleased - they cleaned up their work area at the end of EACH day, and when they were done the site looked like it had always been that way.

It looks much better than I even hoped it would look. Kyle and Felicia were very responsive to our request for a quote and Kyle came out right away and provided a drawing and showed us samples of the deck material. The price was very reasonable, so we agreed upon a date to begin the work. The crew arrived on time, and worked diligently over a couple of days. Mike, the supervisor, kept a good eye on everything and was very helpful throughout the process. He thoroughly inspected the work once it was all finished. I was very impressed with how solid and strong the material was. The posts were made of cedar, and the construction was a quality job. The staining added the perfect finishing touch to our patio. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Integrated Outdoor Designs, and have recommended them to my neighbors.

Devin worked with us on expanding our old one car driveway to this beautiful two car one. But in our discussions, we told him how we wanted a gate and would likely need a new fence as well. It became clear we would need a new retaining wall to make this happen the way we wanted it to. He was patient and asked the right questions to help us connect the dots for what it would take to finish the project as we imagined. Affordable, on time, courteous and responsive... Unfortunately, they only do the landscape portion, so we hired another company for the deck. They don't do sprinkler systems, either. Kellye came out to our house even though it's an hour from where she is as soon as she could, took measurements and answered all the questions that we had at the time and listened carefully to what we wanted. I would certainly recommend considering them when you want to get bids on a landscape job.
