Lance responded within 1 hour to my Yelp request and we scheduled an appointment on Thursday. Tuesday he texted and stated he could come Wednesday morning and I agreed. So far - great communication and good ability to work me in.
Lance arrived and started researching the problem (one zone sprinklers not popping up). He quickly located the valve covers, did testing, and determined there was a leak in an unknown location. The yard was very wet so he suggested we shut off the irrigation water for a few days and try again on Friday or Saturday (2-3 days). I agreed.
I did not hear back from Lance as promised. I contacted him Wednesday morning (7 days later) to ask for a plan. As of Friday (9 days), I had not heard back at all, so I contacted another service. They came out and quickly identified no leaks and instead showed me low water pressure. Checking with neighbors indicated the same problem - everyone in the neighborhood is seeing lower water pressure.
Lance was quick to communicate initially and get an appointment scheduled. However, he did not follow through on his commitments, did not communicate back, and had the wrong diagnosis. I will not use Bioscape Irrigation in the future. read more
