Were greeted by a young woman, who seemed to be baby sitting her child as well as showing what they had available. They sent a older male rep. to our home who was clueless - very confused, re. what we were looking for (open top & bottom & split in the middle plantation shutters). He proceeded to make up an estimate sheet which we received by mail later (via mail), and still the estimate was confused. The official owner/salesman must have thought our sale wasn't worth his time (not big enough of a sale) to bother to come out himself, and instead sent this older man, instead. I have to say, I felt sorry for this older man as I thought he should have been retired. So, we wasted a good portion of our time we could have used on some other impt. project. We went elsewhere to get what we needed.

She helped us throughout the entire process and was very patient even while explaining the differences in options since this was our first remodel experience. After a huge remodel of the front porch, I needed a couple of the old storm windows to be…read moresiliconed. I called several places and the only ones who would see me with Aberdeen play class. I brought the windows in. They took me right in and brought me to the workshop and they silicone the glass to the frame free of charge. I had a new red oak storm door installed instead of giving me the tempered glass, that I paid for, the manufacturer gave me a permanent screen. I chased them for months for the glass but to no avail. i called several Glass places that I was referred to. One in Hamburg, and one in Clarence. Both came out for estimates. The one in Clarence never gave me a price! I called 3 X! The one in Hamburg sent me inflated prices for the storm door as well as two windows inside to replace glass, as well as on my garage. My bad, as I had forgotten Aberdeen's name and didn't know if that's the type of work they did! I'll shorten it. They came out, gave me a reasonable estimate, broke out the glass of the broken windows as a courtesy and took it with them! No one else did this. Best part: their price was half of what anyone else wanted for the front door, and they installed it in approximately one week. They are gentleman and a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend them.

They were easy to work with, got the car in their shop in just a few days, and got it back to me with 24 hours. The quality was great, and Rick even went above and beyond to reinforce it so the same tear wouldn't happen again due to a plastic piece inside the seat. I went to another shop first who said it was impossible to fix it, and the only option was a complete new cover for $800- for less than a quarter of that I've got it taken care of. I would recommend taking your auto upholstery needs here.

I sent Upholstery Unlimited photos of the two pieces of furniture that I wanted to have recovered…read more They called back with an estimate of the cost of labor and the amount of fabric needed. That all sounded reasonable to me. We made an appointment for me to come in and pick out fabric. They have lots to choose from. As I narrowed down what I was looking for the sales lady helping me called to get prices - the fabric I liked the best was $92/yard. I needed 18 yards for the large piece so the cost of the fabric alone would have been $1700 plus cost of labor at least $1400 = $3100. I was also told if I found fabric at a lesser cost they would charge me a $15/yard cutting fee to use fabric I didn't purchase from them. That all sounded fishy to me. Bottom line I was able to source the SAME fabric from another fabric store in Lockport for !/2 the price these robbers were going to charge me. That store also gave the name of a few upholsters that they recommended - one which I hired to do the work. So now labor is cheaper, estimated less fabric, purchased a different fabric that I like better at the Lockport store at an even better price and this guy will not charge a cutting fee. I am getting the work done for almost 1/2 of what these theives at Upholsters Unlimited wanted to charge me. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. Shop around you will be happy you did.

We signed a contract with this company on March 1st, 2026 and were told our windows would be ready…read moreand installed by the middle of May well that never happened so after several ignored calls we finally received a call they would be installed July 3rd yes 17 weeks later but that never happened no phone call no explanation why just never showed up so I called the company on Monday and was told they ran into issues on Friday and they put us back on the schedule for the 30th when I told them absolutely not that was totally unacceptable and I wanted a refund she said ok what about Thursday I told her that was there last chance to show up and I would do I needed to do they did show up installed windows and I will say the installer Jessie Jr and his helper went above and beyond and did an amazing job and this company should never get rid of him because there are not many workers like him him so for that I thank him and he deserves 5 stars
