I wanted an estimate for wall to wall and large area rugs (almost wall to wall) that required minimal angles and of course binding the edges. The quote for the large area rugs was over 9K! He said the wall to wall wouldn't be much less expensive. While we were on the phone he mentioned that they were working on a lot of jobs for people who have flooded basements. He said he would call me back with a quote for the wall to wall but never did. I believe the 9K quote was total BS. He just gave me a ridiculously large number so I would decline to work with him.
