He didn't try to push us in any particular direction but listened to what we wanted and made suggestions. He also gave us the heads up for an upcoming sale so we could make sure we got a good price. One the day of install the team worked quickly and did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards so we didn't have to worry about any mess. My husband and I are beyond happy with our new carpets and cannot thank Connor and the entire team at Kenny Carpets enough for making the experience quick and easy.

Tiftickjian did a great job cleaning them, the stains were still there but now barely visible, the others looked brighter. They looked so much better. The work was high quality once they finally finished. I moved to another 1,100 sq ft condo in July 2026 and tried with them again. I told Dick on the phone what happened last time and he said they'd take care of it. I wanted an estimate for wall to wall and large area rugs (almost wall to wall) that required minimal angles and of course binding the edges. The quote for the large area rugs was over 9K! He said the wall to wall wouldn't be much less expensive. While we were on the phone he mentioned that they were working on a lot of jobs for people who have flooded basements. He said he would call me back with a quote for the wall to wall but never did. I believe the 9K quote was total BS. He just gave me a ridiculously large number so I would decline to work with him. Bottom line is he just didn't want such a small job. if you don't have a large house or business I wouldn't bother with Tiftjickjian and Sons.

When I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks I contacted the store only to be told that the floor had to be back ordered and would not be available for 6 more weeks! After another 6 weeks, I was called to schedule the installation. The contractor installed the subfloor over my old floor ( even though I was previously told the old floor would be torn up) When the contractor looked at the new flooring it was discovered that it was damaged and could not be installed. In fact the entire shipment was damaged so more had to be ordered and I had to wait several more weeks with just the subfloor plywood in my kitchen. When the new shipment arrived ( weeks later) the contractor ran out of the vinyl because the salesman from Carpet Factory Outlet MEASURED INCORRECTLY!! Thus another waiting period ensued before my floor was FINALLY INSTALLED!!! I was not compensated at all for the major inconveniences I lived with for FOUR MONTHS!!!!

The floors turned out beautiful and I really love the finish and it adds so much brightness to my upstairs. Why the 4-stars? ~~ Although the quote included closets, one closet I noticed wasn't done after they finished the first quote. After I pointed this out to them, they did it, but it only ended up with 2 coats instead of the 3 originally promised. It doesn't look as good in the closets with the 3 coats and overall the closets don't look as nice as the main floors. I also accidentally put a little scratch on the floor when moving some furniture back. I texted them to see if they would fix it and they quoted me a reasonable amount and said they would contact me, but haven't followed up with me yet. I guess they probably forgot and the otis might be on me to try them again. Either way, some small things and overall a wonderful job done!
