But because of his quality and value, there is great demand for his services, so it did take a couple weeks to finally get an appropriate time to actually replace the garage door. So I wouldn't mind paying 25-50% more (especially since they offer financing) if he did so choose for a faster service. He even threw in a free lock for the garage. It wasn't an emergency to me, so that probably colors my review. But seriously, dude, you can probably raise your prices just a bit more, and I think most people would be happy.

Throughout the process they were easy to communicate with, schedule, and transparent every step of the way about exactly where we stood with the delivery process from the manufacturer. It was such a breath of fresh air compared to some of their competitors who we have done business with in the past. After Dean came out and gave us his initial estimate and took his measurements, he sent out his installer to do a follow up of measurements just to be 100% certain that we got the right sized door. We previously we had another company measure our opening incorrectly, and then wait four weeks for a standard sized door to be delivered, only to find that it wouldn't fit. Having the installer themselves take the measurements gave us a real peace of mind that what came would fit perfectly, and it does. Mark, our installer, was also very friendly and easy to talk to. It's even more peace of mind when you can feel comfortable with the people you let into your house to do the work. Going forward, Dean and his team will be the first ones I call for any door-related business. These guys are amazing!
