Other companies wanted to send a crew out to just "repair" the cheap aluminum ridge vents that the builder installed, but Esteban recommended a longer lasting solution. He went on the roof, took pictures and showed me the condition of all the vents. He then recommended replacing just the ridge vents with a better quality vent that would last longer and not be susceptible to wind and other damage. When he gave me the estimate, I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was very reasonable. Esteban and his crew came out 2 days later and completed the job it one afternoon. They exactly matched the roofing material we already had, and when they were done the roof looked like new. Not only did they fix the vents, they went around and re-sealed any exposed nails in other parts of the roof AND cleaned out my rain gutters (all just because they were already on the roof). I live in a 3 story townhouse and had a water leak in a bedroom on the top floor. The house was built in 2014 so I was pretty surprised that I was having an issue. The first "roof specialist" that came over spent 5 min in the attic and then 10 on the roof and told me he couldn't find any sign of the leak or its cause. Just in case, he said he had caulked where he pulled up an exposed nail and that I shouldn't have any more problems. Well, it rained the next day and the ceiling leak got worse. Luckily, I called Loudoun Roofing next and Esteban came out and wouldn't leave until he found the leak. He spent over 20min in the attic (which was like 100+ degrees) and another 30 minutes on the roof. He was VERY thorough and not only found the source of the leak, but also many other issues with drainage and some construction issues. Documenting with pics and descriptions of the work that needed to be done. Long story short, Esteban came out the next week, completed the work and the cost was very competitive with the other roofer that could not find the issue and wanted to do "exploratory surgery". I trust Esteban and Keylah and the work that they do and would 100% recommend to family and friends. Please contact me if you have any questions. With regards to the heating of our home, the windows were no better than screens. I reached out, looking for windows and installers. I had a few people come in and estimate the job. None of them impressed me until Greg from Windows on Washington came over. He walked me through several options and explained how the windows they used were manufactured and why. Windows on Washington got the job. My windows and my doors were being manufactured. So they sent out a wonderful gentleman to get the final accurate measurements. Great guy. After that, communication was wonderful as were were assessed of the stage we were in. This included when we got the email and calls explaining that, since we were on a higher floor, they needed to bring in some equipment to lift the new doors up to our balcony. No surprises. Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are. We are very happy with our windows. Almost as happy as we are with the people who got them into our home.

Your workers were polite and did great work when installing the roof. The paperwork side of things it is a different story. I had to "track down" the project coordinator multiple times. First, to schedule a time for him to come out with my insurance adjuster was going to be there. He, the project coordinator, did not show up when he said he would. Luckily, the insurance company still approved the work. Second, once the job was scheduled to find out what time the supplies would be dropped off and the work would begin. I had to call twice to get that information and still did not get a straight answer about the supplies. This was very frustrating as we wanted to make sure someone would be home when the work was completed. Lastly, to get the certificate of completion as required by my insurance company and the bill. The form for the bill was a little confusing and I wanted to make sure I was filling it out properly it took some time to get an answer about payment and I ended up calling the office to make sure payment was made properly. Overall, I would recommend the company for roofing work as they work itself was fantastic but, be prepared to have to track down the project coordinator for important information.
