I hired this team to clean our bathroom exhaust ducts and attic circulation unit. Unfortunately,…read morethe experience required a lot of hand-holding and ultimately caused more problems than it solved. The first crew didn't remove the exhaust fans to clean the ducts until I removed them myself, and they left a significant mess in the bathrooms. After they left, the fans stopped exhausting air entirely. A second crew was sent out days later to clean the clogged roof screens, but after they left, one vent was still completely blocked. I ultimately had to hire an independent HVAC company ($210) to troubleshoot the issue. The HVAC tech found that the second crew had incorrectly reinstalled the roof screen, jamming the damper shut and completely blocking the airflow. After reviewing the HVAC invoice, they did reimburse me for the repair cost. I appreciate them taking accountability financially, but due to the lack of training with the field crews and the frustration involved, I wouldn't use their services again.

Bought tickets in advance through eventbrite. From what we were told, the rooms were designed by volunteers. As it was in the agricultural barn areas, I was a bit worried about my footing in a darker event. I didn't trip nor feel overly crowded but I do have to say one room was definitely not set up for anyone that uses cane or wheelchair as an aid. Luckily with the people stuck in there prior to us & the amount behind us, no one tripped over my cane or stepped on me. Other events over the years I have checked out is the Christmas Market (absolutely recommend watching out for that upcoming date if you enjoy a good variety of vendors for Christmas presents) & The Island Agricultural Tradeshow.
