They have a variety of professional art supplies, and the lady that was running it was kind, patient, and has a heart for inspiring artistic youth. They had "exactly" what my daughter was looking for, and I would much prefer to buy local than to support Amazon and get let down again when the package doesn't arrive the day they say it will. We were also encouraged by this store's Christmas project. They challenge patrons to take a paper bag and decorate it. They're having a fun time judging them, and will use them to hand out gifts collected for those in need. Places such as this serve as a reminder of how important brick and mortar stores are. Very refreshing and we'll be back here soon...with a decorated paper sack and a gift or two from their list. This gets a deserved 5 stars from me.

Explained I didn't need a refit...just some help getting my photo snugly fit into the frame, with maybe a sheet of backing cardboard. "Well, you brought your own frame so the charge is $40." I tried explaining again...with no change in attitude from Nina. Short, dismissive, abrupt with me...exact opposite of the last time a customer service rep patiently and professionally helped me in this store. Adios, Hobby Lobby! And Nina...you have a very bright future in killing retail sales.
