I needed my serpentine belt replaced, and I also had a screw with a broken head that needed to be removed and replaced. While I was there, I asked if they could take a look at my tire because I was hearing a noise. Turns out, it was a wheel bearing. He even went out of his way to send me a picture of the damaged part so I could see exactly what was wrong. I really appreciated that transparency They took care of everything quickly and professionally. I also checked the prices to make sure I was getting a fair deal, and the prices were right around the average -- so I definitely felt like I wasn't being overcharged. They passed the test. Things didn't go perfect but what matters to me is whether a company stands by their reputation and their work to make things right. A good company makes things right without argument. A great company jumps on it, communicates well, upgrades the parts if possible. Mike and his guys did all of the above. I've recommended them to a couple other people and I will continue to do that. I don't need perfection, I need accountability and follow-up. They did what I expect from the best companies to do business with.
