I needed 80 jerseys for a basketball league. I shopped around for different quotes and none came…read moreclose to the price that Evolution Prints was able to offer. Otto was very quick to reply and easy to work with. He's extremely flexible with timing and was very accommodating to every single detail I asked. When we got the jerseys, we were satisfied with most of them, but I had concerns about a few. Otto agreed to look at them and "fix" them. He explained to me how sometimes the screen print might be a little bumpy because the surface of the jerseys were bumpy, but he'd apply more heat to fix my concerns anyways. I was probably being too particular but Otto obliged and helped me to be 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this company for your screen printing needs.

Pretty terrible experience. I tried to set up an order I was…read morehoping to pick up 5 days later. This was already considered a rush order that came with additional fees. After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

It felt sturdy and the picture was very clear. Truly great work from a genuine team. I came in three days before my event and needed a couple of shirts printed. All the other places either rejected me saying they needed more time/a higher minimum. I was truly at a loss until I came to Premiere!!! Will continue to come to them for all my printing needs regardless of project size. They really have quality work at reasonable prices and timing. Extremely impressed and grateful. At That One Shop always brings whatever vision I have into fruition. These guys have gone above and beyond in getting whatever product I wanted, printed exactly the way I wanted it. Some things I've requested includes: shirts(of course), koozies, canvas bags, and sunglasses. To this day, they have not once dissappointed me, and that that can be a pretty tough task for a perfectionist like myself. The owner has even contacted me himself on multiple occasions to ensure I am absolutely happy with the results! I try to look for honest, high value, and reasonable cost when it comes to doing business and these guys fit the bill for all these criteria. I felt the need to give them the credit they deserve. He has always replied swiftly and gave me notice if my order has been placed, he is professional and to the point. I received my order that I placed last week for two kinds of customized 9x12 envelopes and have no complaints. I have not been to their actual business location and most likely never will. I am not sure if their location even has that open, like a store does. They do great with communicating via email and shipping out products. I understand on such short notice it is not always feasible to make such orders, but Chris was fortunately able to accommodate me and even surpass my expectations in such a short amount of time. I am a preschool teacher for a public school district in Orange County and desired t shirts for each graduating student transitioning to Kindergarten. I sent him a photo of the shirts I wanted and requested the size, color, and additional writing. He was fast and efficient via email and sent me quotes and t shirt font options. He was also able to work with the budget I had for graduation. The parents of my graduating students were so happy to see their child in a baby blue graduation cap and matching t shirt they can keep. For confidentiality purposes, I am unable to upload my student or the graduating class, but did show a photo of the end result and the photo I had sent him for the purpose of replicating it. I am so appreciative of Chris's time, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
