My contractor recommended another stonemason, but I did not like the offers he had. I was then told to go to MSI in Brentwood pick out a slab and go to Meta Stone. Here is where DAN comes in. He had me come in and inspect the slabs that I had picked out. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the slabs that I was given before he started to cut my counter. I asked about sealing the granite. He assured me that I didn't need a professional to do it. It doesn't make sense you can do it yourself he said, trust me! And he was right. I loved the workmanship and the courteous service, not to mention a great price. So glad I found Meta Stone to do my counters. They were installed March of 2024. When the installers entered my home, they did not put down drop cloths, paper, or any other protection for my newly refinished wood floors. They used a rolling dolly to bring in a large piece of stone, and after they left, I discovered a large, deep gash in the floor. I immediately brought the damage to Jennifer's attention. Rather than working with me toward a resolution, she insisted that her workers were not responsible. When I followed up to ask how we could make the situation right, I received no response. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer service after the problem was reported. Even a small gesture of good faith, such as $100 toward the cost of repairing the damage, would have shown that they valued my business and were willing to address my concern. Unfortunately, based on both the damage and how the situation was handled afterward, I would not use this company again or recommend them to others.

Jeff came at the exact time he said he would and quickly went to work. We decided to have the wires hidden behind the wall when he arrived. Just in case that was not possible, he had extra wire covers ready (we have a lot of wires connected to the TV from the two video game consoles, Sonos, etc). He hooked everything up pretty quickly and I noticed he was very particular about getting everything right, measuring stuff and making sure everything was well balanced.
