Once they got started, the pedicure was rushed, they did not do the callus remover like I had asked for (they claimed to have "forgotten" after the water was drained and I was already paying), and my technician dropped an entire bottle of product on my shoes midway through my appointment. You're better off ordering a pumice stone on Amazon and doing it at home. Ridiculous how awful this place was for me and I've been to quite a few nail salons prior to this experience. Extremely disappointed and upset about this.

I was sat down with a tech and I asked them to use an efile to remove the gel overlay because I have leafgel premium on which is premium polish w a hard gel overlay. They didn't quite understand me so I said it's fine just a regular file works. Unfortunately she didn't file all the top layer off so when we removed the acetone soak, it clearly wasn't ready. I asked her to please not peel off the polish from my nails with her hand lol. I was then moved to another tech and she used a metro card to remove the polish which is fine I guess but if they had just used an e filer the base layer is easy to remove. Anyways, she cuts my nails for my but they're so uneven I didn't even bother because I'd already been in there AN HOUR. 1 whole hour. I washed my hands paid and left. I'll just cut my nails down myself since it's just removal but don't think I'll come back here.

I was charged for the repair, which I accepted, but I simply asked the owner a reasonable question: How many days after getting your nails done do you allow a customer to come back and have a broken nail fixed? Instead of simply answering my question, the owner became very upset and started yelling at me. I explained that I was not saying he wasn't a professional--I was only asking about the salon's policy so I would know for the future in case another nail broke. He continued yelling and telling me that I should know why my nail broke. I never argued with him or raised my voice. I came in as a paying customer with a simple question and was treated very disrespectfully. A nail breaking can happen, but the way a business handles a customer's concern matters. I was disappointed by the customer service and the way I was spoken to. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning.
