I had to wait another two weeks but didn't pay a dime toward another door. Not only that, they upgraded the silicone channel edging that keeps the steam inside. When everything goes right it is great but it might mean you just got lucky. When a contractor gives you an ideal outcome even when they ended up buying a second new tempered glass door, you know you selected the right people.

After I reached them they claimed they had a wrong phone number (while they had no problem texting about parts before). Promised an installation on Monday. Nobody called or showed up. When I reached them, I got the same story - wrong number, we can fit you in on Friday. It is an endless story to get them correct their own mistakes - which they do not own - or provide an anywhere decent service. I highly recommend to stay away from this scam.

We went over many molding profiles and door styles. The price was very competitive and it was an easy decision.
