Naturally, the one day I don't park in my garage, I got to experience hail season in Colorado. Came…read morehere because my insurance hail inspection was literally in their parking lot. Convenient location and knowledgeable technicians that reassured me my car was in great hands. The receptionist seemed a bit overwhelmed and wasn't as gracious maybe because it's a revolving door of customers. Because they have over 12 techs at this facility, fortunately I didn't have to wait too long for my repair and pickup. I was quoted a few days for hail repair but I had additional body repair on my bumper and back up camera. It took a little over a week to have my car ready for pick up. My assigned technician was Ethan and he was super responsive and communicated often to keep me in the loop. Crash Champions also uses text to keep you posted as well. At pick up, I got to chat with the general manager Rick who was also helpful, friendly and kind. I love that they aren't pushy with upselling and explains any unforeseen repairs. I felt they were reasonable in fixing my bumper and back up camera sensor. I mean it is a BMW but overall my cost was around $3500. There is also a lifetime warranty as long as you of course own the car. They do offer wash and clean service and was respectful of my things and car upon return. It gets pretty busy here so if you can make an appointment as soon as possible do so but they do accommodate walk-ins. I do recommend Crash Champions if you get caught in the hail season here or need any body work repair. Thanks for doing an awesome job guys!

When she left the shop, there was a screeching sound that she thought may have resulted from a new part. I was visiting her and took the car to The Body Shop, and they identified the sound coming from the front right wheel. When they took off the wheel, they noticed that the bushing had not been screwed tightly. A new part had to be replaced - it only cost $ 40 for the part and 1 hour of labor. Incompetence of this shop cost us $ 260. I am sure that they do some things well and this happens once in a while and unfortunately, it happened to us.

What a unprofessional loser. Speaks down to everyone he speaks to. When I first walked in there was a guy yelling at him that he was going to Sue him walking out the door. My fault I should have turned around. Rude, no class, no ethics, no morals. He was bragging to me when he was working on my car about how he told off some guy and purposely didn't fix it correctly because he didn't like him. WOW. His work: Right after I had him work on my car not 1-2-3-4- but 5 things broke on it from his work. I had to take it to Golden Triangle Auto many times for them just to take everything out that he did and have them fix it. The techs and the owner all came together to demand my money back or sue him for scamming me. Professionalism and class: None. Absolutely none. If you don't have a personality or nothing going for you get out of anything with people. You'd be a great window washer. Reputation: Unfortunately the guy that reccomeded me to him actually swore him off for life for completely screwing his motor up and the guy had to buy a new motor from Marky marks dismal intellect on fixing issues. Any bad review he finds himself being super smart. Buddy you work in a dirty dingy shop rip cigs all day and loved to lear he was on his 8th beer while working on my car. The car: Of this is a gem. I get back in my car. My car reeks of cigs and I asked why my car was covered in ash from cigs and a blonde girls hair everywhere? He said he drove it for a while and had his girlfriend in it. Ready for this 70... yes... 70 extra miles we're on the car when I got it back... I can usually say Something kind always. Not a chance. Never ever ever ever use this guy. No response needed loser

Based on a picture of my engine, my brother was pretty certain I had a valve cover gasket leak and so I went to Nate to get that fixed, get an oil change, and an engine tune-up. My Toyota RAV is running so much better. I can't say enough good things about him, his work, and his integrity. I wouldn't take my Toyota to anyone else.

But that's the takeaway. You can trust him. You should go there. He knows his stuff. I brought in my car to another mechanic close to my home because it was leaking coolant. They gave me an estimate of $1,600. I asked specifically what parts they were replacing and what parts were broken. I was suspicious of the number when I called my dad (who has been fixing my car for the last 10 years) and he said he felt like that was outrageously high. I got a recommendation from a friend to call Nate. I asked if I could get a quote and said I couldn't bring my car to him since I had already approved the cost and they had already started fixing my car at the other place. Nate still took time out of his day to look up the cost of every part and gave me an estimate for the entire job. It was significantly cheaper than what I was being quoted. I called the other place back and told them I had gotten a much cheaper quote from Nate. Nate then got multiple phone calls from the other mechanic and they talked about where they got the parts from (same place) and what Nate's estimate included. Flash forward to when I finally receive my invoice. It's $223 cheaper than my initial quote. The other guy switched around his labor costs to more closely match Nate's quote. But even still..Nate's quote was still cheaper than what I paid. The whole time Nate talked/texted me, he told me how to look up the cost of parts, what website to use, and how to google to know exactly how much repairs should cost. He basically helped me become an informed customer and told me to keep those mechanics honest! I've been dealing with multiple mechanics here in Denver and I've never trusted one until now. I still haven't paid Nate a dime. The only thing I can do for now is tell my story and hope he gets some more customers from it. And I hope he knows that I'll be calling his number the next time my car breaks down. Thank you Nate!! You da man!
