Straight Line kept me well-informed with frequent communication. The site crew was on-time, and very respectful of our property, including being cognizant of our new concrete driveway (ensuring the heavy concrete truck was always parked on the street to prevent damage to the driveway -- much appreciated!). Once the crew was on-site, however, I learned that this was not the regular Shotcrete crew chief (he was helping the regular person since he was so busy) and at least one of the crew had never done it and appeared uncertain about his job. When I inspected the completed job with Emory, the crew chief, I observed that the application still had multiple, deep gouges all along the surface and the sides were extremely rough. I asked him to at least level the top ("might be too late since it dries fast"). He did so but it was not smooth and many gouges remained. Now, after several weeks, I'm noticing that the gouges have pebbles that easily pull away. Although I didn't really know what to expect with the final product, I would have wanted all surfaces to be completely leveled so they were smooth. Doesn't seem like that would have been difficult. As I said before, the process leading up to the job was exceptional and every employee was pleasant and respectful but I am slightly disappointed in the quality of the final result. I believe it will hold up over time but it isn't as well done as I had expected.

Chase put the bid together on the spot, while thoroughly explaining each line item. There was no attempt to upsell or pressure to make an immediate decision. HomeStrong's bid turned out to be the lowest price, had a great warranty, and included everything we needed. I got a good vibe based on the professional manner in which the bid was prepared. I had a unique issue that required a structural engineer evaluation, which was included in the bid. Lalo and Daner arrived as scheduled to do the crawl space and had to alter the original plan a bit. They completed the project in two days (original estimate was three) and everything was left clean. They were friendly, polite and seemed to genuinely care about making sure I was satisfied. After accepting the bid, I did have to reach out to Chase a couple of times when there delays in communication. He was able to get things moving quickly. Overall, I was very satisfied and can recommend HomeStrong for crawl space encapsulation.

He was very professional and informative and walked me through proposed project in detail and low pressure. And was great getting back to me promptly when I had follow-up questions. The on-site crews led by Armando G. and Jose P. were always professional and kept me informed every step of the way during the project. A project of this scale on your biggest asset is daunting, but HomeStrong was great to work with and their work and subsequent clean-up was top notch! I would highly recommend them for any foundation stablization project!! Chris N., Lakewood, CO

I'm leaving this review on multiple sites, because these guys deserve your attention. Overall, my experience with Rich and Poly Lift Colorado was (1) great communication, (2) reasonable and competitive pricing (3) clear explanations of their methods, (4) what results we could expect, and (5) what could -- albeit very unlikely -- go wrong. Day of, the team took great care to avoid sprinkler heads that were within an inch or two of the lifted slab and removed all overflow foam very quickly. Best of all, the port holes are essentially invisible. After some weathering, I'm not sure I'll be able to find them at all. This was a very, very, easy process. Highly recommended.

Integrity: Rich was very upfront about what he could do and didn't overpromise, under deliver. He was certain that a certain slab would be pinched and still did his best to lift it because other companies said they could, but stopped when it compromised any damage to the concrete slab. You can trust him to do his best and take care of your home. Communication: He was timely in getting my quote, scheduling, and finishing the job in the agreed time. He shared all the details of the job and what to expect, as well as guided me along the process to assure me. This showed me he is honest and direct. Great value: He had the best price and shared how his pricing model worked so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I didn't get overcharged for unnecessary or extra work. I'm very happy with Polylift and know you would be too if you hire them.
