Two years ago, they leveled our front step, and when I noticed additional settling last summer, they advised waiting until spring and assured me they would return to fix it before the warranty expired. However, when I contacted them this spring, they attributed the issue to the builder's improper construction and declined to make any repairs under the warranty. Although the initial work seemed satisfactory, the continued settling suggests an underlying issue that they have now refused to address.
