From design through completion they proved to be a valuable resource. The crews were wonderful, timely, respectful and responsive to any questions we had with the process. I said I would update once the job was finished. Bottom line: I would not want any other Custom…read moreDeck company to do my deck. Here is why: I found them to be trustworthy. I originally hired them because I saw how hard they worked and how good a job they did on my neighbor's deck. They did the same building mine. When things went wrong they fixed them. They stayed until everything was right with quality results. This was a large $100K+ project. They might not be the cheapest but they are reasonably priced for what they do. Being trustworthy means a lot to me. Someone in the neighborhood reportedly had a deck contractor walk out on them after spending $85K. That was never a concern with Nate despite being a long project. This project involved redoing the roof, electrical, pouring concrete below the deck, doing stucco work and redoing gutters along with building a deck and adding windows and doors. Nate essentially served as a general contractor for the non-deck items. We basically took a 30'X10' deck and expanded it 5' to make it 30'X15' then divided it in half making a 15'X15' room covered by a gabled roof with windows on one side and sliding doors on the other side and open to the west. The other 15'X15' portion of the deck remained completely open. As far as quality of the work I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

I purchased a new home that needed fresh exterior paint, and we were changing the entire color…read morescheme. I had taken a few bids and signed on with a contractor. Then Adrian Hockett with Re-Paint stopped by - and offered a higher level of service at a lower cost, came to find out that the higher bid I almost paid was using an inferior paint and leaving important things out. I was hesitant at first, but Adrian put my mind at ease. Well, let me tell you - that was the best choice I could've to have possibly made. Re-Paint was on time, knocked out the whole home in 2 days, and worked diligently. When Adrian returned to accept payment, he did a courtesy inspection to ensure the house didn't need additional touch-ups. A+ service and A+ Quality.

He had a crew of 4 painters and they were done very fast. My experience was slightly different but still very good. My painter William showed up on Monday for power washing and was back on Tuesday morning to do all the prep work like scraping and caulking. He was very thorough. He started painting in earnest on Wednesday and although he lost half a day on Thursday due to wind, he was back on Friday to finish painting. By Friday he had started touching up work and came back Saturday morning to wrap everything up. I would definitely recommend Re-Paint due to affordability and quality of work.

Another outstanding job by Mike, Tina and Jose! I can't say enough good things about this company…read more I first met Mike about 8 years ago when he put up a new cedar fence and a metal gate for us, which is still doing great with zero issues. When another section of our 30+ year-old fence started to deteriorate and fall down, I called "Back to Life", and they promptly came out and gave me a very fair estimate and got the work done quickly. The fence is rock solid, and I predict it will last another 30 years. Mike individually picks out each of the fence posts/laths/panels to make sure they are straight and not cracked. He uses screws instead of nails to assure that the wood stays put. Quality work all around!
