However all good things come to an end and the tree was telling us so. It was a willow and time to go. We contacted these folks and arranged for a cutting down of the tree so it would not pose a danger to others or to us. The quote was quite reasonable and we decided to go forward. We were in no rush and it was suggested we do so after the Christmas holidays. Monday was the scheduled date. Sure enough they showed up on Monday morning and it took about an hour to cut down the tree. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They were careful to remove a bench which was under the tree but not damaged and then replace it in the same area when they were done. We are very pleased with the work they did and they seemed quite knowledgeable. The work was top notch. They seem busy all the time so if you are flexible and can work with them I'm sure any job will be done with great success.

They text'd us the night before to give us a heads up: 7am to 7pm, might need access to our yard, etc. Pretty standard stuff. The day of, one of the people from Arbor Tech LLC knocked on our door and ask if they could enter our back yard for "1-2 hours". We said yes, brought our dogs inside, and then: - Arbor Tech was ACTUALLY in/out of our back yard for 6-1/2 - 7 hours - Arbor Tech dropped heavy limbs on our shed roof and ripped the side of the shed open (the paying neighbor actually witnessed them doing this, ASKED if they had talked to me about the damage, they lied and said "Yes" when in fact they did not.) - Our neighbors (the paying customer) yard was picked up and swept and clean... our yard was not. We had saw dust, small branches and twigs and leaves all over that side of our backyard We tried to contact Arbor Tech to see what they were going to do to fix this. Some old lady who claimed to be the owner yelled at us "Our guys don't do that" and hung up on me. My neighbor tried to call and follow up on the incident: Same old lady yelled at him and hung up. My neighbor tried to reach out to Don the owner, who said he would stop by or call or text to follow up. We never got a call or text or visit. Just nothing. Checking the Better Business Bureau website... Arbor Tech LLC of Wheat Ridge, CO is not an accredited business. Checking the Colorado.gov website under business licenses, Arbor Tech LLC does not come up on a search.
