After some convoluted reasoning on her part as to why she now was changing her story, she finally relented and said she would pay for the reinstall. The reinstall person came and said he was too weak to get up on a tall ladder. So, now we will install it ourselves. We also found out the blind is from a company that offers poor quality products. The person who has knowledge of this industry said we paid way too high of a price for the quality of the blind we received. He said we'd be better off going with a high quality brand (like Hunter Douglas). The price would be comparable and the quality higher.

Marci obviously does not care about…read moreher customers and I can give three very specific examples as to why I would not recommend her to anyone. 1) My original appointment was set for a Monday and she never showed up! Upon calling her an hour after the appointment was scheduled she simply said she had forgotten and we had to reschedule. 2) After finally making it out to my apartment (without fabrics, mind you) and taking a look around she said she would contact me back in a couple of days. I let THREE WEEKS go by before calling her and she said that she is NO LONGER working in home sales and she would refer me to someone else in the company. I ended the phone call with her repeating three times "I expect to hear from your associate tomorrow". 3) Apparently she never spoke to her associate about this and I haven't heard back in 4 days. This company has been nothing but a complete waste of my time and obviously they don't respect their customers enough to keep them informed of what is going on. Unless you're looking for a headache, stay away from Marci and Roberts Drapery.
