The guys who came to do the actual installation were timely, professional and fast. When they were doing the install they realized that a mistake had been made with the manufacturer and the shades were a couple inches too narrow. They went ahead and installed the shades they had brought, and told me they'd order the correct size and come back out to install those when they came in. The lady that scheduled my next appointment for the new shades was very helpful and got my appointment scheduled promptly as soon as the correctly sized shades had arrived. Then the install team came back out and quickly switched out the first shades for the correct ones. I will definitely be going back to Budget Blinds if I need additional blinds/shades installed. Maybe it was because I wasn't purchasing a whole house full of blinds or maybe it is just the kind of person she is but either way it was extremely rude, hostile and uncalled for.
