Absolutely unprofessional and unethical buisness. They shared a delivery date with us but not just delayed the deliveries but also went AWOL on us. They continued to lie through out the day on the day of the delivery making fake promises that they will make it happen , however their office closed down without a prior intimation and without a delivery. I had a large antique poster that needed to be framed and matted. As is frequently the case, the poster itself wasn't exactly rectangular so it took a bit of creativity to do the job and have it look right. Color Reflections (David R.) did an amazing job for me and I couldn't be more pleased. They are as professional as it gets and more competent than any other firm I have found in the valley. AVOID this company if you prefer quality. I hired Color Reflections in 2016 to produce and hang some signs for my business, Airwork Las Vegas, located at the North Las Vegas Airport. My contact was Jay Castellano. This past month (early 2018) the aluminum sign that was installed was half-way ripped off because of wind. I inspected the sign and the bolts that were used to attach the sign to the metal frame. The bolts were ripped through the sign and some were even missing. I contacted my sales rep, Jay Castellano, and he informed me because we live in Las Vegas, there was NO warranty provided by the manufacturer. I explained to him that I did not feel it was a manufacturer defect but it was definitely an installation error. There are 3 other signs on the same frame that were still secured properly. (Two of the signs were installed in 2014). There was missing hardware, and there were no washers used to secure the aluminum sign. I added bolts to secure the sign to get us through the weekend. After sending a an installer out on Monday, the installer assessed the wrong sign (He assessed the sign on top of our building which was peeling, see below). I contacted Jay...Jay sent inhaler "CR" out again on Tuesday and CR said "It's fixed now". (Because I had put new bolts in the sign to secure it) Jay admitted that this was "not enough information, bud" and told CR to further secure it. CR added washers to secure the broken sign. Jay contacted me and said "we do not warranty against acts of god". I informed him it was an installation defect, not an act of god because EVERY other sign mounted years before was still there secured properly. Jay offered to charge me $336.67 to fix it (84"x39.5" print direct to .04 aluminum $186.67 (normally $209.99) and a $150 installation charge. This is ONLY a $24 discount from what I originally paid. UNACCEPTABLE customer service. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of install, the product, and most of all my account executive, Jay. I will NEVER use this company again and I would not recommend Color Reflections to anyone that wants quality and a company that stands behind their work. Absolutely horrible to work with. First day a promising gentleman walks in to discuss the options and possibilities, next day you get an email from a woman that doesn't care about any of it, every single thing is priced individual and looking at the quote you'd think thats the price for the job, but no no!
