Friendly staff who are helpful and great and explaining things. We had booked, paid, and filled waivers ahead of time but checking in took 15 minutes, as they only had one window open. In the harnessing area, we were there on a weekday morning and we were the only ones in our own group so there was no wait. We started with the classic course. There was a staff who stayed with us for most of the first half, and he said we finished the first part fast and caught up to a slow family. So he suggested we do the next course and then come back, which we did. He left us after awhile so when we went to the extreme course, no one was there to show us what to do and it's a different lock system so I had to go find someone. The extreme course is pretty challenging in my opinion, and this was our 3rd time at WildPlay. I'm a middle-aged mom who doesn't work out and managed to do it! My arms were sore after but it was fun !! There was an overweight kid who had a hard time just climbing a ladder on the classic course - so you have to be someone fit to do it but I think for the majority of active people it's doable if you have an open mind, like challenges, zip lines and climbing. After partnering up we were given a rundown by our field contact on the particulars of the assignment, and sent out into the field, ourselves, with all the required equipment, case file notes, and standard operations toolkit. By tracing the districts on foot and uncovering important clues and information, while watching out for potential dangers and subversions, we managed to find conclusions proving to be most pertinent to the case. Overall, our superiors informed us that we managed to achieve a Squad score of 94. We throughly relished the accomplished feeling we had of solving the case and determining the true circumstances of the murder. Feedback rating for Operations Field Team: 5/5 Stars. Highly recommended and would love to partner with them again in future on additional assignments.

The guides were helpful, informative and efficient. The forest scenery was absolutely gorgeous with a light drizzle of rain. I have done several zip line tours and this one definitely had safety locked down. It required no athletic ability so it was easy for someone in their sixties and a child who barely weighed enough to be included. What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. The location was stunning! Did I mention the lavender lemonade was such a special treat?!

There's a total of 6 zip lines. They start at shorter and easier and increase in difficulty. I wouldn't say it's a very extreme zip line, there were plenty of young children doing it as well. Fun fact: the longest zip line is slightly longer than the Space Needle in length! There were about 8 people on the tour with my husband and I (not including guides). I think the only con is having to wait for everyone at every canopy which is understandable for a safety point of view but can take some time and I'm a bit impatient. But you're quite high up so I took the time to enjoy the views, peace and quiet of being in the forest! Also, a good opportunity to strike up some conversation with everyone else. The staff helped us get into our gear, get in and out of every zip line and gave us a velocity push when we wanted extra speed very kindly. Halfway through the tour, you even get freshly made lavender lemonade which was delicious. I would try to book this in advance if you're trying to go on a weekend. I went on a Friday afternoon and was lucky enough to book same day. All in all, if you're looking for a fun day trip activity nearby Seattle - this was an hour and a half drive and just a lovely day! However, while there I also tried the Primal Swing and the Zipline tour. All three were a rush! The staff were very friendly and competent. They were great at helping their customers feel safe. The bungee jumps were especially awesome. The only complaint I could make is that bungee jumpers were not reeled back up to the bridge after the jumps. Instead, we were lowered to a raft on the river below, where we were (safely) unhooked from the bungee cord. However, that meant the jumpers now had to climb over a hundred feet of stairs to get back to the top of the canyon. Other than that, it was a thoroughly enjoyable day, and I'd recommend it to other thrill seekers out there.

The company has handled this with absolutely no urgency or professionalism. The chef was inappropriate and hostile with no effort from the company to compensate for damages. We are waiting for word back on the situation, but the company has been giving us the run around for 10 days with no communications from a manager or owner despite us being promised multiple times that they would get back to us the next day. We will be proceeding with legal action and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to the severity of the situation and the lack of action from the company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES.

Chef John is knowledgeable, efficient, and concise. We joined the "Paris Bistro Classics" class. I've learnt many tricks and hacks that I didn't know before and I can't wait to try them again in my own kitchen. Highly recommended for a date out, or even with a group of friends or for yourself.
