Excellent Custumer service every time we spoke by the phone. Today was a bit rainy & I was concern about the paint job under this rain. In addition to the car color. I was told 3 hours for job completion. Due to rain & paint availability this was extended to almost 5 hours. The final result was incredible, perfect. Mike was simply incredible, nice guy. If you need to get your paint job done in your car fast & convenient this is the way to go. I will definitely recommend this Mobil service to anyone. 8/20/2018 Called to get tire rim damage caused by Valet on my Maserati GTS and was able to get appointment fairly quickly. I was contacted the day before to confirm appointment and again when tech was on his way. He arrived at my home on time and immediately worked on matching paint code. His ability to work on and correct the damage to the rim was amazing and when he finished painting it, I could not tell the difference between the corrected area and the undamaged areas of the rim. How do you feel when you have 2 cars hit in parking lots. People just don't know how to pull into a parking space. Both cars where hit in the front wheel wells. Mostly scratched. I had my car repaired and repainted today by Mike. He did such a professional job reshaping a dent and repairing and repainting an area that had deep scratches to the paint body. My BMW is like new again. I did offer one constructive criticism: Considering the four hours of labor and materials needed for the repair, the company should have charged more! Considering the cost of going to a body shop and having to rent a car for a few days, this was an incredible solution in time and money to the body repair problem that I had faced. If I could give a zero I would. Over spray, acetone damage on parts that previous had no damage, rough finish, uneven color. I should have known better than to think a professional job could be done they way they do it. I spoke to "Robert" about the problem, he told me the guy that did the work would have to do the repair. Why would I have someone that did a unprofessional job do more damage? I told him I would need someone else, he said no and he asked what was wrong with me. Then went on say I was "shady".
