The plumber arrived and completed the work, and the issue was resolved, which I appreciate. However, the appointment took longer than expected, and communication beforehand could have been clearer. The pricing felt fair, but I would have liked a better explanation of the work being done. The service was professional, but it didn't stand out as exceptional. Overall, Richardson Plumbing gets the job done, but there's room to improve in communication and efficiency!!!!

I don't think I'll call them back anytime soon. Great work. Just.... High risk, high reward?
