It may've been the best Chiropractic appointment I've ever had. Dr. Mike listened deeply, and the treatment itself felt amazing. He diagnosed the problems and used hands and equipment to re-align the subtlest imbalances. He then explained things thoroughly (including principles I'd never quite understood previously). I started seeing Dr. Mike McCue at the Lambertville office (River's Edge Chiropractic 45 N. Main St. #D Lambertville, NJ 08530) last summer for lower back and knee pain, in preparation for hiking the 96 mile West Highland Way in Scotland this April. His adjustments eliminated all the pain within two visits, and his advice and simple stretches to do on my own really worked. During the 12+ mile hiking days I had some stiffness, but his stretches cleared them up. I completed the whole hike (plus extra miles to get to and from hotels) and the only pain was sore feet at the end of the longest days. Not bad for a 63-year old with scoliosis who worked a desk job for 37+ years! Oh, and the staff in the Lambertville office are super, as well: encouraging and friendly. read more

All back pain I experienced during pregnancy is gone!!! I stayed in corporate housing and slept on the most uncomfortable mattress ever. It made any side of my body that I slept on ache, and it made my pregnancy uncomfortable. I also saw another chiropractor prior to my pregnancy and had a consistent pain due to their work. Dr McCue is my lifesaver! She has been seeing my son since he was 4 weeks old! At first I was very skeptical since you think omg my child will be getting adjusted at such a young age, the dr will be going to be cracking things on your precious little one. But I have to tell you it is not like that! We came to dr. Melissa after my Lactation specialist recommended it after my son had a twitch in his mouth while nursing. We came in for a consultation and dr. Mellisa explained everything she observed in him and how his little body works. We decided he will start getting him adjusted. I've learned so much from this experience the adjustments do not hurt the baby, she has the lightest touch and his body is working at it's full capacity. I've complained about him spitting up too much or him being constipated, and sure enough after dr Mellisa sees him, he's pooping and not spitting up anymore. I will bring any future kids I have to dr Mellisa. My son was crawling at 5 months (army crawl) and I truly believe it's because of him being under the care of dr Mellisa. I moved to north Jersey and I will drive the 40 mins just to come to her. She's the best!! So much I started getting adjustments myself and my husband as well. It is amazing what you would do as a mother to get the best care for your child. I was referred to Dr. Melissa McCue by a reliable source and started taking my infant son to see her for acid reflux issues (despite living almost an hour from the office). She is not only incredibly pleasant but also highly knowledgable. As time went, on she also helped my son identify and overcome a subluxation issue which caused him to struggle with crawling. We then transferred to a Dr closer to home with Dr Melissa's help, merely for commuting convenience, however that Dr did not compare in any way, so back we were and continue to go! Words cannot express how much we love seeing Dr Melissa (yes, especially my son!). She is great with children and her care is above and beyond what words could describe. I got to know Dr Melissa when I wanted a chiropractor for my second pregnancy in 2016 who follows Webster method. The moment I saw she was so warm and compassionate towards me and supported me everyway to make this pregnancy smooth as I wanted a VBAC! She used to give me advices and print outs of holistic approach of how to help me sail my pregnancy smoothly( I got to know her during my 34 weeks wish had known her before!!). Post delivery she saw my baby when she was just a week old and she was so gentle, compassionate towards her that my baby loved her so much and she was colic free baby!! Dr Melissa is great with kids. I take my whole family to her. My son loves her so much!!when ever my kids get sick I trust only Dr Melissa more than our pediatrician that we meet her first get her advise and then follow it! Esp my son( 4 years old now he is so comfortable with her that he used to say this from 3 years! ) whenever he is sick he always says "can we visit Dr Melissa?" My husband, daughter and I have been seeing Dr Melissa and Dr. Mike for many years and can't say enough good things about them. They are both amazing at really focusing on the core of the issues and solving so many of our problems. They make you feel very comfortable with their techniques and adjust to personal requests. I personally saw Dr. Melissa throughout my pregnancy and had an incredible pregnancy and delivery as a result of it. She has also been adjusting my 20 month old since birth and discovered and cured her torticollis- which was causing many issues with her overall health.
