And I have to applaud that during the session she didn't try to get more time from me (I hate that; so thank you!). Talked to me a little to make sure I'm okay and what she was doing was okay. Started with over the towel, oil, hot rocks, warm towel (to get oil off). Most attention to back, (mostly backside of) arms and legs, little attention to hands and feet, scalp (need more but that's my fault for not voicing that!). Will be coming back! Thanks!

After a 90-minute massage with Oksana, my daily aches and pains as well as my stress melt away. She is always flexible with scheduling, willing to try new techniques and is responsive to feedback (e.g., amount pressure and such). When I need specific focus, such as lower back pain or pain with my plantar fasciitis, she takes the time to focus more on those areas to relieve the pressure. Oksana has magic hands! I highly recommend Oksana - in fact, I already have done so with several of my friends!

I don't know how there are positive full body massage reviews…read more This was my first time going to Four Seasons and before the massage started, the experience was already strange. There was no communication whatsoever beforehand about pressure, avoiding certain areas, etc. The entire massage was extremely painful (which is saying something because I usually love a lot of pressure). There was not one minute I was relaxed as the lady was very aggressively rubbing my back and digging into the same spot over and over again. It felt like she was taking her anger out on me or something. I left upset that I even paid for a service like that even though it was cheap. (I should've taken that as a warning sign) A few hours later, I am left with horrible back pain and sore in places I never even knew I could be sore. Not to mention that the massage ended with her knocking her knuckles on my head then suddenly an alarm buzzing to which she said "Finish" then ran out the room. It felt like I was in the twilight zone. I will never return

I had the opportunity to host Kyle's 2-day Men's Intimacy workshop at my yoga studio in Ft…read moreLauderdale. I only knew him and his program through a professional referral. I was very pleased with his communication and thoroughness as we made arrangements for promotion, marketing, payment, and logistics. On the day of the event, I met with him and his helper and everything fell into place. Part of the arrangement we had for using the space was that I could be a participant in the event. This was absolutely my good fortune. Kyle is a soft-spoken communicator, but was completely able to keep the attention and engagement of the 16 participants. More importantly, he has a tremendous ability to help people move past some of their blocks, particularly guilt and shame, so they can really get in touch with themselves. And that is perhaps the most important part of dealing with intimacy in interpersonal communication. I've participated in numerous tantra, intimacy, and sex-positive events, including week-long retreats. Kyle's is easily among the best, particularly among shorter sessions. I found myself learning, getting in touch with some of my own stuff, and finding myself aroused, stimulated, and engaged. I absolutely recommend and endorse his intimacy workshop and intend to participate again next time he's in Florida

My experience with Emily has been a revolution of my heart and my cells. I was blown away by the…read moreenchanting space of her office. From her nurturing demeanor and professionalism I felt at ease... even from the first few moments i knew this was going to be a cathartic session because of how safe i felt. She works with beautiful music, and crystals and sage and big metal singing bowls and her hands. Its a wild paradox that someone can hold you lightly and also with strength and certainty and you feel comfortable to let go. Yes i cried. I hate crying and it was amazing. My whole body was lighter and i was having visual experiences that made sense- its a beautiful and rare thing to feel that your cells got nourishment. Truly cathartic and bonus was the enchanting lightness i carried with me from her session. This is part of my wellness routine

It's difficult to quantify what Emily brings to the literal and figurative table. I have been…read moreworking with her for several years and her work is constantly evolving and blooming. She begins each session with a conversation so that she can truly meet you where you are and provide a wholistic approach to what you need to heal. Whether that is an emotional or physical release, a deepened connection with source, an energetic balancing or cleansing, or so on. Every session is unique to where I am at in my physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual bodies. She always seems to know what is wrong before I open my mouth, but she always holds space for me within her loving glow. Emily has an incredible way of making you feel instantly comfortable, even the most advanced of wall builders, like myself. I have broken down into tears before getting on the table, had massive physical releases, and healed in ways I thought weren't possible. She has guided me through deep emotional trauma as well as physical trauma (I had abdominal surgery to remove 15 tumors in 2016). I will say it's not all glitter and romance, there are often hard lessons to be learned and dealt with, and they can be difficult (but always necessary) and she guides you through it with light and love. I could go on and on, but really my words will mean nothing. What Emily offers is intuitive and experiential. Everyone's session is powerful, uniquely their own, and always far beyond what they expected. She is a true facilitator for your healing journey and I am blessed to have her in my life. My advice: go in to your session with an open mind and ready to receive her gifts.

Two stars... one for the cozy "real person's house" ambience, and the other for the pleasant…read moreconversation with the early-middle-aged attendant (can't call her a "therapist"; see below). Three stars off because this place has no real reason to exist. First, if you see the business's Craigslist ads, you will notice a few elements that might give you the wrong idea about this place: - Ads feature multiple pictures of revealingly-clad, voluptuous young women; - Customers are advised that they have their choice of "5 Massuses (sic) daily"; - The ads mention the availability of a "table shower"; - The listings state that "Extra Services" are available and "we do everything"; - "Nuru massage" (ahem; look it up) is supposed to be available. If you think that all of these elements may be designed to lead prospective customers to think that something other than plain old massage goes on here, don't worry! Nothing "extra" happens at this place, there was only one (decently clothed, mature) "Massuse" (not 5) when I showed up, the place has no table shower, and no mention of "nuru" was made during my visit. Know what else was missing, though? Any semblance of an actual massage! As mentioned above, the 40-something attendant is a pleasant woman, but she is most definitely NOT a "masseuse"; she appears to have little (if any) knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques. She oils you up, then proceeds to drag her hands across your body -- ineffectually -- for about an hour. So, to sum up: Those hoping for a real massage will be disappointed, as will those who are hoodwinked by the ads into believing that this is a place for more, erm, adventurous activity. So no one will be happy... except, perhaps, the proprietor of this useless "spa", when he or she pockets your money.
