She bent over backwards to get me in as a last minute scheduled visit as she knew I was in pain. The consultation with Steven went well, he took the time I needed to answer all my questions and was very patient and I decided to go forward with the treatment plan he prescribed. So after trying it the first time, I will say I do NOT like acupuncture, I was not one of those people that say they dozed off at the table and it leaves them relaxed. The needles were uncomfortable and honestly I was hoping the treatment would not work so that I could stop going. The problem was it ACTUALLY worked! After the first treatment I felt a reduction in pain I didn't have for weeks within 3 hours of leaving the appointment . By the third visit I barely felt the pain at all. I'm still amazed that acupuncture really worked and Steven continues to work on my other pain issues. I unfortunately have several and he is tackling them one at a time. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and I am getting better with every visit.
