Things were never fixed that we had paid for. He let our home fall into such disarray, after being pulled into court, a Judge deemed our home unfit for human habitation. Some of the people he let in would not qualify for a rental in the worst parts of town. It has been over a year now and our home is still under repairs before we can even list it. To date we are getting very close to hitting the $80k mark for the many years of neglect. My advice is to steer clear of him and his company that were involved in this nightmare!
