With the vaulted ceiling, the fan has a lot to do with heat circulation. Also the fridge is beyond used. It has a makeshift light fixture, fabricated by duct tape. The freezer has gorges all the way down to the insulation. Everything was still there as I signed the lease, but I was told that it would be all taken care of within a week. A week dwindled as I hear nothing from anyone. I called Sean and was disappointed when I was told I was supposed to had put it in the tenants portal so he can keep a paper trail. I did as told, even though it wasn't my responsibility to begin with and it should've been handled before I moved in. In the meantime I find i have Squirrels in the wall, mice can slide under the door from the mound of trash, the electric is on one breaker box. That's why the electric company can not locate the meter to our unit and half our power don't work. I needed a paper trail also, after all of the scrap. I contacted the city inspector. After almost a month of moving in everything is still here, crapped up. Living with someone else's trash outside my door. Pikus rents for slumlords that never been to our community, who lives out of state and trash our communities while they profit. Ohio need to crackdown on property owners who does not reside in Ohio.​
