A tour of William & Mary is not complete without a visit to the Campus Store. It's all the swag for…read moreW&M that you could possibly want. I've been to the Campus Store over the years, but last time was early eight years or more. The building adjacent to Merchants Square is owned by Colonial Williamsburg. The second floor is now vacant, so they have eliminated the book aspect of the store. Supposedly CW will do something with the space, but it's been empty five years ago. Parking is nearby by surface l, or garage at a fee My wife and I browsed and e joyed the displays and merchandise. Ultimately we only made a single purchase. Check out was friendly. This is where the Tribe fans go to buy merchandise.

Before the new William & Mary bookstore opened, Campus Shop was the only thing going in terms of…read moreW&M gear. This is where you bought your t-shirts, your pennants, your car decals, etc. They have a vast supply of everything W&M. They also have a vast supply of fraternity and sorority stuff, so this is also where sisters bought their Kappa Delta flip-flops and Chi Omega shoelaces. Not so sure what the frat guys were buying...Lambda Chi shot glasses? Kappa Sigma beer mugs? I never joined up, so it's all Greek to me. Get it? All GREEK to me. Wacca wacca. Campus Shop has apparel for every W&M team imaginable, from soccer to gymnastics. They do those promotions where you can get a W&M cap and t-shirt -- preselected with no substitutions, of course -- for under twenty bucks. You can get a diploma frame with the Wren Building. W&M jewelry. Keychains. Even some Colonial Williamsburg memorabilia. Prices are more reasonable over here than at the bookstore, so it's a good spot to pick up your souvenirs or a "W&M Dad" sweatshirt for your father. Don't laugh -- pops loves his.

If you enjoy outlet shopping, the Williamsburg Premium Outlets are definitely worth a visit. The…read moreplace is enormous--probably twice the size of any outlet center I've visited in years. Just about every major brand you can think of is here, making it easy to spend several hours shopping if that's your thing. The only downside is the layout. Instead of being designed so you can start at one end and work your way through the entire center--or follow a convenient loop--the stores are spread across multiple sections. We noticed a lot of people parking, visiting a few stores, then getting back in their cars to drive to another section and repeat the process. It doesn't make for the most efficient shopping experience. We happened to visit during a stretch of 100°+ temperatures, so walking from one section to another simply wasn't practical. We visited the stores we wanted to see, then called it a day. In cooler weather, it would be much easier to spend several hours exploring everything the outlets have to offer. Overall, the selection is outstanding. Whether you're looking for clothing, shoes, accessories, home goods, or specialty stores, chances are you'll find what you're looking for. Just plan ahead, wear comfortable shoes, and if you're visiting during the summer, be prepared to use your car to get between sections.

A very solid outlet mall, no question about it. Before Christmas I devoted a day to shop them for…read moreholiday gifts. I'm not new to the outlet. I probably have shopped Williamsburg Premium Outlets over a dozen times. However, it's been over five years, or more. I continue to be impressed with the pure volume of stores and massive real estate it encompasses. I shopped dozens of stores from Gap, Polo, Nautica, American Eagle and many more. It ended up I only purchased from Nautica. I would recommend checking them out.

Sometimes in the past, they've limited the amount of people in the store and personally I really like that because it changes my shopping experience. I don't get easily agitated. The staff is pretty helpful and they move quite quick in the checkout line. Big bonus is that they are always willing to help and try and find a deal for you. Big bonus to the military discount. Really no problems other than the amount of times I'm asked if I am part of the Nike app. We were really knocked out of the park for our kids shoes here especially my teenage son . When you combined any deals off of their clearance and add military discount, we really get a good value.

Staff roaming around asking ppl if they nike members with scanners but can't separate a checkout line from a return line. What's the purpose if starting the process via the app if you waiting 30+ minutes for lack of assistance. There should be a better system in place, this was a horrible experience. Get to the front guy calls next in line I let him know I have a return he says ok. Get to him and he can't complete my return because it was an online order, needless to say I'm moved to another register where I'm finally able to complete my return. Not a good experience at all.
