I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Please head the warning of all the low star reviews of this company. This is truly the worst company I have ever worked with and they are not worth your time or energy. 1. The saleswoman cared about us until she had our money. With the load of issues we endured with this company once she had our money she told us she could not help us and to contact customer support. She sold us a counter that was incorrectly labeled as a different stone, had us running between the Wilmington and Philly locations trying to find a slab that we didn't even agree to purchasing. This woman's name is Jamie, do not trust her. 2. Once we found out we purchased a slab that was labeled incorrectly, we had to start from scratch and pick out a counter on the fly in the shop in Philadelphia. Luckily the did honor the original pricing. 3. The first time they came to install the sink hole was not correct. We were without a counter for about a month as they removed our counter and did not have anything to install. Finally they got it correct after 4 weeks and installed our now existing counter which is still wrong. 4. The counter installed has 2 different edge cuts. One straight edge and one 1/2 bullnose cut. So now after weeks of living with no kitchen, we now have a counter that does not match. Photos show this issue. Please please please do not give a dime to this company. They are nothing short of scammers leaving you thousands out of pocket with shotty work. I will never return my business to this establishment. Please consider going elsewhere for your countertop needs. This place is a total utter disaster and deserves 0 stars. Aside from the issues outlined above, we sent countless emails and called hundreds of times with few returned calls throughout the process. This place is an absolute nightmare.

We decided to use Colonial Marble and Granite for our kitchen countertops. Everyone we worked with was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were patient in answering any questions we had and thoroughly explained all intricate details. The workmanship far exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning when working with Nikos we felt like family. The entire process from selecting our stone to installation was seemless. We absolutely recommend using Colonial Marble and Granite to anyone looking for a first-class experience! We love our results!

Sully and his team did exactly what they said they would do. They communicated every step of the way - they responded to every inquiry, change and tweak - We are not just 100% pleased with the Concept team, but we will 100% use them for upcoming bathroom renovations. Concept helped us design our kitchen, then choose every item right from their showroom - they are literally a one-stop shop. Need flooring - they have an incredible team. Need painting - they have a superb team. Need tile, fixtures, electrical - you name - Sully and his team have the resources. Most of all, they are on time, work till the job is done and clean up exceptionally well. We feel so strongly about their work and service, and affordable pricing, that I am willing to field your phone call to tell you in person. Better yet, ask Sully for the before and after pictures of the transformation they made to our home in 3 months start to finish.

We…read moreshopped around a good bit before picking a place but went with Concept Kitchen because they were a "one-stop shop" for everything we needed (from design to knocking down a wall, replacing floor/cabinets/tile/electric...they do it all!) plus their great reviews. They didn't disappoint. Working with them was easy as we didn't have to deal with the headache of multiple vendors, and their quality is excellent. Delays and snags (due to supply chain issues/issues found later in our house - not their fault) came up as they always do in construction projects, and they worked with us gracefully to problem-solve and adjust the vision along the way. If a cabinet part arrived slightly damaged they replaced it without us even asking. Their commitment to quality shows and their team were great to work with. The kitchen is the heart of the home and we're so glad we made this investment in it and chose CK&B for the job. Definitely recommend!

After multiple calls and…read moreemails to correct a mistake they made with our crown molding costing us over $2500, they have been unwilling to refund what I paid for the molding and insist on me buying more at cost ($1250) after I already paid them initially. There were also errors with an oak trim piece (3" wide instead of 5") for my range hood and incorrect drawer fronts on our island that do not match the other wall cabinets. The cabinet touch-up kit has items missing and an incorrect color touch up so I have no way to fill nail holes on the trim. They have said these were their errors and that they would re-order the pieces, but they have yet to do so. I would hesitate to trust them if you are considering doing a kitchen design as it is simply not worth the risk and months of delay due to missing/incorrect items. Please look at their reviews as most of the high rated reviews are made up profiles with one or only a handful of reviews. Buyer beware. [Update, I just noticed the owner posted a reply today stating they warned against this crown molding and that is simply not true, in fact, I wanted two-stage crown and they advised against it since I was going with 39" cabinets. He also states that he would still like to help complete the job to my liking and to call him, but I can assure you that we talked twice this week including yesterday afternoon and he refused to refund even just the cost of my crown molding unless I buy more from him. This is no longer an option as I have already spent hours making custom crown and getting paint matched for the trim. He said at the end of the call the "we're done" so not sure why he posted this today. We have not received the 5" oak trim board, missing touch-up items, or corrected drawer fronts. I even offered to keep the incorrect drawer fronts if he would refund the cost of my crown and he would not.]

We chose Pine Street for a full house remodel (replacing electric, plumbing, major structural…read morerevisions) of an historical home in the West Chester borough. Our primary objective was the highest quality work that would preserve the historical aspect of the home, but fully modernized and at the lowest reasonable cost. Nearly three years since we engaged them and we continue to feel like that was the best decision we could have possibly made. The essential things that made this experience wonderful for us, particularly as first-time home renovators, were the detailed planning and rigorous project management, the quality of craftsmanship and expert network, and the incredibly warm professionalism and care of the team. In sum, they delivered below our initial cost projections and ahead of time -- nearly the opposite of all the horror stories we've heard about some of the other crews. In the beginning, it was a very difficult decision to choose Pine Street. Their cost projections were higher than their competitors by A LOT. I nearly dismissed them because of it. But the level of detail and thoughtfulness in the bid really won me over. When I questioned competitors about some of the detail included in the PS bid, they would always respond that if that happened, they would need to increase costs, etc. It really made me worry about what final costs would eventually be and I ultimately chose PS for their transparency and integrity. Perhaps the best element of the entire project was the onsite project manager. This is a person who will be your main point of contact throughout, who will have all of the answers and will ultimately know your home better than you do. This is an enormous gift and a real relief in what would otherwise be a stressful time. Ours would call us proactively, make great suggestions and recommendations (things that you just don't know as you begin, but that are revealed as you get started). For example, he had a piece of reclaimed barn wood in his garage that he used as an accent piece in a stairwell or, in another case, was able to use parts of the existing rafters as trim in the bedroom. These little things feel brilliant when you're trying to preserve the feel of the home and keep costs low -- and these are simply things we never could have anticipated in the planning stage. This role in your remodel can really magnify the experience as a client. Another aspect to consider is that Pine Street has cultivated a network of people they trust over years of experience and working together. Every single person who came through our house was knowledgeable, respectful and responsive. The team would not have allowed it to be any other way. Further, at the end of the project, they gave us a portfolio of contact information for each person that had worked on the house, so if anything goes wrong or we need some additional work, we have a network of folks that know the house and that we know we can trust (and who, by the way, will be very quick to respond out of respect for their relationship with Pine Street). Finally, the part that is hardest to articulate, is the warm professionalism that the team brings. You'll feel it first with Brendon when you call with your first inquiry, but you'll leave feeling nearly astonished that the entire team carries it forward: problems will be addressed and solved before you even hear about them; the site will be clean at the end of every day without fail; the team will stop what they're doing when you enter to make sure you can see and understand the steps that are being taken (and they never got impatient with our very frequent visits). Again, all things we didn't know before we started but ended up defining the quality of our experience. It is an important decision to choose the right partner in these efforts. I can get easily stressed out by the volume of decisions that need to be made and was vigilant about costs and timing. The Pine Street team exceeded most of our expectations and left us knowing we made absolutely the right decision.

This was a big project organizing lots of materials, people--including us, the clients and juggling unexpected structural issues, so of course there were a few minor hiccups along with way and the project took a bit longer than initially expected, but this was in part because of change orders we made. All in all, a great experience. This was our first renovation and it was as painless as you can get. We've been recommending Pine Street for the high quality, good design suggestions and smooth process.
