As you go down the line they add your additional ingredients like veggies, cheese(s) and sauce(s). There are other options, of course. Chips & Salsa, Chips and Queso, all of your typical Mexican side-dish fare. The restaurant was clean and tidy when we walked in, and every staff member was occupied cleaning, serving, or doing food prep. I was very impressed by the guy who was sitting there preparing fresh onions. He was standing there slicing and chopping onions right out in the open. They don't hide anything at Guadalupe's.
