He said he screen has True Tone technology was fixed when it wasn't. When I mentioned a police station drop off he ghosted me even after saying he's "ready and available to meet anywhere". Red flags all around. Horrible screen instillation & overall experience with this company. Please beware. No one was owning the sales process and making me feel comfortable investing in a new website. Having worked in the tech space for ten years I like to think, I'm pretty savvy and update with the pros and cons of working with an agency and was not afraid to spend the money to get the vision I wanted. I took the plunge with an agency who later turned out to be leading me up the garden path with there competency. I was $1500 down and decide to cut my losses and continue my search. What a mistake! You live and learn. My paranoia was at an all-time high! I then got introduced to Danny Alsaffar CEO from Giraffe Builders. Danny spent time understanding my requirements and relaxed me into the process. Within days we were rocking. I was beyond excited because he shared my vision and challenged me on a number of my points. Great! That's what I wanted. GB, crushed every deadline and we built an excellent understanding with Daniella who was instrumental in pulling the pieces together. Every company needs a Daniella. Energy, Drive with a passion for customer service. I loved using their project management tools! I work best when there is something to see, GB presented me with numerous visuals allowing me to point and aim feedback. So many agencies out there want to create a cookie cutter site and move on to the next. GB could not be further from this and genuinely felt like Danny was just as excited as me to complete the challenge. Can not thank them enough for there work and would happily speak to anyone that is looking to review their services. Fantastic work, you're the best agency in the jungle! It took just a little bit to book them, as they had been very busy on other projects - but it was worth the extra day or two to get them in! During our initial consult, Miji made a couple of great suggestions (a dual ethernet port near our entertainment area so my husband could have a wired connection on both his computer and PS5), and then also did another small thing (larger cable hole in the likely case that we would need to expand our wiring to other parts of our property). He and his team were so pleasant, professional and did very exacting work. As disorganized as the main part of our house often gets, I seriously like to go down to the basement and marvel at how neatly the cables are arranged. Yes, I'm a nerd. I'm looking forward to the next time I can use his company!! Miji rocks :)
