They scheduled my repair for a convenient time for me and stuck to their word on when I would get the vehicle back. The office staff Frank and Cary are a pleasure to deal with polite and knowledgeable. Plus the Technicians in the shop are skilled and able to still do body work the old way and not just replace parts. Totally satisfied with the quality of work, attention to detail and I will be back when needed and recommend Jocoy Collision to others... Bill Hesson

Had my vehicle in for some roof damage due to a paint chip that bubbled the paint and rusted…read more Received quotes from a couple other shops - including one of the local chain body shops. Jocoys was not only the best value, but everything that was noted about how the repair was to be completed spoke to a much higher quality result. The chain shop quoted a much higher expense for the repair, and wasn't going to fix it to the best quality. The area that was in need of repair required the windshield to be removed to properly fix the damage. The chain shop said they could fix it without removing the windshield and said they wouldn't remove the windshield anyway because they won't warranty or stand by any rust repairs - and it would cost significantly more on top of their already overpriced quote. Jocoys did an excellent job on the repair and I'd highly recommend their services!

I was on vacation when my vehicle was involved in a car accident(November 2018) I was devastated when I seen my truck, I even broke down, crying. Side note: I did not know my car was involved in a car accident until I was coming back home from a week on vacation. Mario took his time, reassured me that everything was going to be okay and that my car was in great hands . I popped in the shop from time to time, Mario was kind and patient with me every visit. Explaining how the progress was going . Also, giving me updates on the phone. The little details matter and they touched on all of them. My truck looks brand new! I'll try and insert pictures.
