When I arrived, Travis greeted me and immediately came to look at my car. He is clearly knowledgable and provided a reasonable estimate (based on my cross-check at a number of other shops), and promised a very quick turn around for a somewhat involved repair. He also told me he would wash the car! I am now waiting for my ride home to arrive, and see that he has already started working on my car. I will amend this review when the work is done, but I already anticipate returning with future work. .......... Update: I stand by my 5 star rating. These people are awesome. I would absolutely return.

I think it is our new auto go-to place for most any automobile needs. I took Lynette's car in for an inspection this morning. She knew it was going to need at least one tire (it needed two) and that the wipers were starting to shred. But there was also a clunk that two other places had not been able to locate the problem, and two days ago the hood latch had broken. Max and the crew did it all. Marylou at the service counter provided friendly and courteous interaction and information. Sammy's began on Tupper St. in 1955 and has been on Niagara St. for the past 20 years. They do collision, towing, inspections, mechanics ...and hood latch repair. The clunk? "Over certain bumps or potholes, the exhaust pipe had been hitting the drive shaft." I had to come to BC Automotive for a photo inspection for my car insurance, and this was the…read moreclosest location that was listed, so I thought I would give it a try. When I called, it was outside of business hours, so I left a message and Chris got back to me the next day! On a whim, I asked if they had any appointments for Saturday and Chris was kind enough to add me in! When I got there, he was able to complete the inspection in such a timely manner and the service was so friendly. Another gentleman was there getting a NYS Inspection, so that's another service that they offer. Should I find myself needing any car serviced, I would definitely come back to BC Automotive!
