Nice little cocktail bar located within the Fontainebleau. This place has a super chic vibe but can sometimes be a tad bit on the slow side. The cocktails are well thought out, bartenders/servers are friendly and the pianist is a nice touch. They have a cool series of events here and they really provide an intimate setting. Highly recommend for a quiet little chic drinking spot.

Collins was a great spot to unwind for drinks and conversation with some of our business partners. There were about a dozen of us and this spot had a chill and intimate vibe compared to the open and loud space like Bleau Bar. The service was great and there were plenty of seats. There's a piano right at the entrance but nobody playing it. Overall, we really enjoyed the time here before everyone departed ways.

Got here at 11:35 pm and they said last call soooo why?? Isn't this Vegas and aren't we supposed to be able to leisurely drink and have fun? Our bartender was happy we ordered quickly and told us to charge it to the room for maximum points so we listened! Amazing tequila drinks made by Drew

In a town full of bars and places to wet your whistle, Collins at the Fontainebleu LV is a great experience for those looking for high-end but low-key spots for drinks curated by a master mixologist. We went on Friday night at 11pm and it was surprisingly quiet for a holiday week, but nevertheless we enjoyed the posh and classy environment. There was no pianist that night or maybe there was one earlier, but this place exudes luxury and and almost a time-travel kind of experience back to old-time elegance. The hostess greeted us warmly and our server was great. I had J.S. Collins--woodinville bourbon, blanc vermouth, lemon, miso honey, strawberries, tonic--and it was delicous and complex but everything came together smoothly in the sweet and fruity finish.

Always great service and drinks @Collins. The atmosphere is chill and relaxing with comfy seating and talented piano players. If your contemplating whether to go nor not- just go! You won't be sorry.

Only had time for a cocktail and catch up quickly with a friend who's visiting AND we were sooo glad we stopped it. Friday around 3pm, it's not crowded. Hostess was able to walk us to a table and waitress greeted us right away. We had 2 amazing cocktails from the menu and a view of the whole bar. It's so impressive. It's quaint and cozy but the specialty cocktails were all special to Collins. The waitress also brought over some snacks for us to enjoy - peanuts and small crackers. Love it and will be back again.

We decided to visit Collins as we had a hotel credit to use and it looked like an interesting bar. We went on a Friday afternoon so it was very quiet. Our server Corrine was attentive. One of my friends ordered a non alcoholic drink. When she ordered an alcoholic drink Corrine pointed out that drink she chose was same as she had previously chosen. My friend really appreciated this information upfront so she was able to try something else. I don't love cocktails so I was happy that they had many that looked very interesting that I wanted to try. list had The list of cocktails was a good size and there were several that I really wanted to try. We ordered the Bumblebee and Hit Squad, both of which were great. I took a sip of the Ruby Slippers and J.S. Collins and liked those. The Vegas Vice looked interesting but I did not try it (next time) We were given a generous portion of nuts and snacks to eat with our drinks. Drinks were usual Vegas strip prices (expensive) but for the quality of the drink I felt they were much more worth it than bars I've previously been too. I would definitely come back.

Our friends who frequently play at the Fontainebleau Casino recommended this cool piano bar and it did not disappoint. Since we stayed at the hotel, we wanted to check out some of these cool bars. We had their specialty cocktails, the Wibble and the Darling Dahlias. Friendly service and very relaxing environment to catch live music.

    Bumble bee and Collins

Not living up to the hype but still decent Bumble bee - nice light honey drink Collins - too sweet and not quite liquor forward as I had hoped Service was seemingly short staffed, dismissive and forgetful, but with a friendly smile... I don't really like that Chill old school Ambience, it didn't feel grand as the ceiling was very low I read that it was one of the best bars in America however it greatly fell short of my expectations and many other bars in Vegas would easily top this place. Mediocre drinks, mediocre service and not the vegas atmosphere I was looking for.

    Complimentary snacks were so good!!

Service 5/5 Ambiance 5/5 The bartender was on point, friendly, and made great recommendations. We went during the day so it was a chill vibe allowing us to enjoy our cocktails. It was a nice bar to decompress before moving on to lunch. Note: Cocktails only but solid for pre/post meal drinks.

My husband and I really enjoyed this bar! Pros 1. Cozy and comfortable spot in a cavernous hotel 2. Vibe is laid back and higher end feel to it. My husband said it felt similar to a nice cruise ship bar and I agree with the hubs 3. Friendly and knowledgeable bartenders 4. Bartenders had great recommendations based on what flavors we were in the mood for. 5. Yummy hand stuffed blue cheese olives Cons 1. Kind of far to go if you're not staying at the hotel. It was worth the uber ride, though.

    Espresso Martinis
    Rita S.

In search of a place to enjoy a nightcap after the NYE fireworks, my friend and I wandered into Collins. We sat at the bar in the elegant atmosphere and initially ordered Espresso Martinis. My companion commented that they had more delicious froth than any other espresso martini she had ever tasted. Impressed, she inquired about a Negroni Fizz. She loves Negronis, but likes the addition of prosecco or soda water to add a little effervescence. Our masterful bartender, Nick, looked at her with a glimmer in his eye and crafted an exquisite, pink colored cocktail topped with fluffy egg white foam creating a velvety and silky first sip. She was astounded! She said it reminded her of a Sweet Tart. His special ingredient...Fever-tree grapefruit! I choose to order a Hotel Georgia for my second cocktail. Oh, my! Has a cocktail ever given you goosebumps? Well, that is exactly what happened! I was dazzled by the essence of orange blossom, a frothy egg white foam, and the sprinkling of nutmeg. My friend and I had hoped to visit Collins again the following evening, but sadly, we did not make it. However, we loved our experience and the incredible cocktails and will definitely visit Collins when we are in Las Vegas again.

Its our second time here at Collins. Came here for an after-dinner night cap. Elegance is everywhere in this bar. Lounge seating and a circular bar in the middle of the establishment. The servers were wearing a sultry baby teal body con dress that fit the art deco theme. Service is consistently on point. No food here but serve snacks. Collins is a great place for a before, after dinner, or a place to catch up with friends. At times it can busy , so you may have to sit at he bar if there is availabilty.

At first we had a difficult time finding the place because we were expecting to see a big sign but there was none. Locate the Art's Square sign and walk toward the double doors straight ahead. The vibes are very intimate, emphasizes the arts, and every bartender and server is very friendly, even the hostess! First off, loved their menu booklet. I learned a lot about different drinks. I also loved that they had pictures that went with their drinks too. Seriously, lots of options! I also loved that they gave us a little card that had their most popular drinks based on taste. Our check came in a DVD plastic too, super nostalgic. I have not seen one of these in forever. Lol My friend and I ordered our first cocktail off this card and they were both incredible. I ordered the Crimes of Passion and she ordered the Dreamsicle. I like my cocktails sweet and these were both great. We ordered truffle fries off their small bites menu, which was enough to hold us over. For the second cocktail, my friend ordered the Nocturno Espresso. She liked it a lot, but it wasn't my preference since it was just a little bitter. I ordered what my bartender recommended me. I mentioned liking sweet drinks and he asked if I liked strawberries to which I replied "of course!" He made me a cocktail named the "Two Step" that I couldn't find on their menu but it was exactly the kind of drink I was looking for. We recommend making reservations. We tried to walk-in one night and they had a 30 minute wait, so we ended up booking a reservation on OpenTable for another day. They only take reservations for 6 people or less, this place is intimate after all. Looking forward to stopping in again!

We were greeted right away by the bartender and selected an espresso martini and Seasonal Fix with vodka. They also have a food menu with a decent selection to choose from. This bar reminds me of a trendy bar in New York or Mexico City. The music is good and the bartenders are friendly and cool to talk to. Our cocktails were crafted fresh and you can tell the bartenders put effort and care into your drinks. I would definitely return to Nocturno to try more cocktails or to try dinner there.

Walked in at around 8:30/9pm and it was pretty dead. My friend and I were able to secure a booth, which felt intimate. It was ample space for 2 people but I can imagine if you had 4 people you'd feel squished. My friend ordered the Naked & Afraid and I ordered the Tropical Howler with vodka. Both of our cocktails were amazing and we'd order them again. If you like sweet cocktails, Tropical Howler is definitely for you. We both ordered a shot of the Mind Eraser, which had coffee liqueur I believe, I am not sure but you could taste the coffee and it was pretty good. Our bartender gave it to us with straws so you could probably sip it like a cocktail or take it like a shot. We liked the vibes in here due to its dark and intimate feel. We probably would have gotten a different vibe if we didn't have our own booth. I would come here again!

If I am in the arts district, I am at Dark Sister (if they're open... sometimes I'm there in the day and they are not open yet and I am sad. lol) It's moody, it's witchy, it's got all the Goth eclectic goodness! I love how it is decorated!!! It's giving dark academia, mixed with a séances, sprinkle in a little bit of dried flowers and top it with a tarot card. They have such a variety of seating, they have large loungey couches in the front, smaller couches with chairs and tables as you go inside, long and larger tables for larger groups in the back, a massive bar area with seating, as well as a gorgeous patio with bar seating as well as tables and loungey bench areas. It is comfy, cozy, and an amazing place to just chill and hang out. The music is always perfect. The lighting is the perfect dark dim. I have never felt more at home somewhere in my life. It is my happy place. It doesn't matter what I'm doing. If I go there it makes me happy! I absolutely love that they have a mocktail menu and that they rotate the drinks every season. I don't drink and also a lot of my friends don't either and their mocktail menu is a winner every single time, I've never had a drink there that I did not enjoy. Honestly, I would love if they had more mocktail options than they already do. I'm really glad that they added snacks!! Their snack tray is amazing I get it almost every time I'm there. The only thing I would like is for there to be more variety of snacks! I do love the chocolate covered espresso beans but somehow, I am the one that ends up finishing them and then I don't sleep... which is definitely a me problem but like... they're addictive man... we need something else chocolate, like, of course keep the chocolate covered espresso beans, but like maybe chocolate covered raisins or chocolate covered berries? I absolutely love that they have an outdoor patio now!!! It is stunning! Being witchy in the fall is going to be amazing there!!! I've been going there since they opened and from the moment I walked in I was in love. I have watched as this bar has continued to grow, and it only gets better with age. I adore the staff, they are so sweet! They have always been nothing but kind and caring. If something is going down outside, they are locking us in and keeping us safe. I was there one time when there was a shooting going on outside and they immediately locked the doors until it was safe for us to leave. I appreciate how much they take safety seriously! I really love that every single time I go there it seems that they have added something new to make it an even more fun experience! They have a lot of really awesome places to take photos! Definitely cute place to have a girly witchy photo shoot! They do a lot of of events and classes, I haven't been able to go down for one of their events/classes yet, but I'm really dying to go take one of the crafty witchy classes! I love that they're not only a bar, but they're also trying to build community! Dark Sister is absolutely perfect. PERFECT. It is all I have ever wanted and more in a space. The menu is his creative brainchild and changes a few times a year, with the current one based on the movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. There's a 90 minute limit and 2 drink minimum per guest. Because of the craft and attention to detail that goes into each cocktail, we finished our 2 drinks just about right at the 90 minute mark. I really enjoyed both of my cocktails but the one that stood out to me the most was Strange Medicine. It was reminiscent of a martini but with Brie-washed Old Bison vodka, Cocchi Americano, and herb oil. It was so good that I wasn't sure what drink to choose next, but Davey was helpful with a great recommendation for another cocktail served with a chunk of parmesan cheese on top. Keep in mind that you're paying for the experience and the level of craft. So with a 2 drink minimum it won't be a cheap experience but it's definitely something worth checking out for the unique, creative cocktails.

They got rid of the absolute corner stone of the lead bartender, Anthony, and redecorated the place to look more like the sister bar, Doberman Drawing Room (5 Stars). The remodel was absolutely needed, as the regulars and Dean's List could point out, the place was kind of falling apart. What sets this establishment apart from any of the pretend speakeasy on the strip is the atmosphere. At any given time, you could cram 16 people there at a time, even with the reduced drinking time cut from 2 hours to 90 minutes, this place could only cycle thru 50 to 60 people from the reduced nightly opening of 4 hours from 6 hours previously. This make LR special, not some faux speakeasy in Cosmo or Resort World that could jam in 80 people per hour with room to spare. Gone is the rugged identity of the old laundry room for El Cortez, this is spiced up, every square inch of the wall is covered with some art piece, very much different from the Depression era decor. Some art selection are just straight up chaos from the management, the main cherub piece behind the bar is just insanity. The new master of house, Davey, showed skills with his new 14 drink menu, but fell short of what made LR great in the past 14 years. Now, the man had just two months to create his drink list and per himself, had to start from the scratch from when he took over.. So, with that said, let's focus on the drinks. Hemingway Dalguiri, Dust + Ether, and High Noon Static - all great in taste, presentation, and talent, abet we can see the hesitation when making his own drinks, thus slowing down service by quite a bit. My party saw him struggle making 6 drinks at once, 4 of them the same drinks. Recommendation from someone else, maybe record the drink making process and try to eliminate non productive habits and motions via video viewing. Since Davey is a visionary, looking in the past is a deal breaker for him. If you are trying to finish up a previous menu for the Dean's List, the joke is on you, that is a no. Where the hostess (the only person that survived the purge from the remodel) explained to him that exception needs to happen to keep the Dean's List going, the answer was a no since no one at management told him about this. When asked about what will the new requirements will be for the future, it's simple, finish the menu before it's replaced with no chance of catching up. Once a menu is done, it's done. I guess it's easier to keep the drinks under control with less ingrediencies needed behind the bar, but wait a minute... drink number 15, Research and Development, that should give Davey some leeway to non menu drinks right? Turns out, not so much. Sidecar- cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice. Simple right? He leaves the room to get something from Commonwealth... didn't management installed a new fridge to hold the larger ice cubes, where previous bar keep have to venture out all the time? Turns out, there was no Cognac or any Brandy in the Laundry Room. I can see how things are shaped, strict bottle control is for the benefit of the bar, not for the customer. There is now Vodka, foam, and milk wash but lost Cognac or Brandy, but besides the freedom of choices were also compounded with complete lack of rules. For the last 14 years, the hostess and bar staff on rotation were friendly yet firm about house rules. First given upon entering the secret or window doors, then by the bartender after an aperitif is given (now eliminated). No photo, religion, politic, standing at the bar, name dropping, brawling, telephone calls, PDA, and smoking, plus don't be creepy, be patient, and know your limit. Most of these were not enforced the first 2 times my party of regulars have visited since the remodel. The cardinal sin of allowing one single 4 top to seat 2 people at a time is just wild. But hey, no rules are listed on the new simple menu and none giving at the door or at the seats. So what is this place now? 20 to 23 dollars for a drink plus more for popcorn. All for the experience of being in a noise warfare between Commonwealth and La Mona Rosa's speaker systems, with LR's own music turned up high, and the piano only used one night of the week. I would recommend Doberman Drawing Room as of now for better drinks options, less noise, and vibe. The new menu to replace Fear and Laundry will come out this Fall, will be bring some regulars with me to check on LR again and hopefully give more than 2 stars on the next review.

It was the integrity behind every moment. Before the séance began, Kent took the time to explain the experience, set thoughtful expectations, and acknowledge the emotional weight of what some audience members might feel. That level of care is incredibly rare. It was clear he wasn't trying to manipulate emotions or convince anyone of anything. Instead, he created a space where curiosity, wonder, and respect could exist together. His passion for his craft is unmistakable, but it's his character that makes the show unforgettable. In a city known for spectacle, Kent reminded me that the most powerful performances come from authenticity. I left feeling more than entertained. I left genuinely moved. If you're looking for an experience that makes you think, feel, and reflect long after the show ends, this is it. I'll absolutely be back.

I feel like this place can be easily missed since the building is all black, but definitely worth stopping in for. Vibes are very dark and intimate, yet lively. I am not sure how to explain it, but I liked it. Lol Somehow you can make a reservation, but I haven't looked into it. There were a bunch of seating against the wall on the couches but they were all reserved. My friend and I ended up at the bar in the "standing room" which was fine! Their seasonal menu is Conspiracy Theory based. I from that menu and my drink was called the Moon Landing Hoax, which was recommended to me but pretty strong in my opinion. I will say that the aesthetic of the drink was super cool with the astronaut. My friend ordered from their regular menu. She enjoyed her Repo Espresso Martini and she would order that again! All in all, I still like this bar a lot! I would come back again.

We were sat at a super cute table (there were 4 of us) and looked through the menu. The decor was super cute! Sort of old vintage looking couches around some tables, dim lighting, I loved the vibe. We each ordered something different from their cocktail menu from our very nice server. While waiting for those, our friend went to close out the tab and ordered shots, but asked for something that would be good. They proceeded to give us something with muddled strawberries, I was blown away at how good it was! Best shot I have ever had, so fresh. I love when you give bartenders freedom to play and create something so good! Our cocktails were so interesting and very tasty. I'd love to come back when we have some more time and try some of the other drinks. Everything about this place was amazing to me! Vibe, staff, the drinks, I had a great time!

As a huge Lisa Vanderpump fan, I had high expectations, and somehow the entire experience lived up to them. I genuinely felt like I was one of Lisa's besties sitting in her cocktail garden! My best friend and I were in Vegas celebrating the fact that we both recently got engaged, and this was the perfect place for it. We had a reservation but arrived a little early and were seated immediately. When we mentioned that we were celebrating our engagements, they surprised us with complimentary shots, which were delicious and such a thoughtful way to start the night. My best friend ordered a mocktail that she is still talking about and claims was one of the best drinks she's ever had. I ordered the pink margarita and absolutely loved it. The presentation of everything was gorgeous and felt so intentional. For food, we each ordered the Grilled Steak Skewers with pistachio chimichurri, and of course I couldn't come to a Vanderpump restaurant without trying the iconic Goat Cheese Balls. They absolutely lived up to the hype! Everything was delicious and beautifully presented, and the quality matched the elevated experience from start to finish. The ambiance is what really takes this place to another level. It's glamorous, romantic, moody, and luxurious without feeling like a gimmicky reality TV tourist attraction. You genuinely feel like you've stepped into the Vanderpump world. Between the gorgeous decor, incredible presentation, delicious food and drinks, and top tier service, the entire experience felt special from beginning to end. My best friend said this may have been the highlight of our entire Vegas trip, and I honestly can't disagree. If you're a Vanderpump fan, this is an absolute must, but even if you've never watched a single episode, it's still an incredible cocktail and dining experience. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We started with dinner at Gordon Ramsay's Pub, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Thankfully, we still had some time before the concert, so as a huge Lisa Vanderpump fan, we decided to stop by Vanderpump Garden for a cocktail. What a difference! From the moment we walked in, we were treated so warmly. The host who greeted and seated us completely turned our evening around. He was everywhere--cleaning tables, delivering meals, helping guests, managing reservations--and somehow did it all with genuine enthusiasm, professionalism, and kindness. You could tell he truly cared about every guest's experience. I even asked to take a photo with him because he made such an impression on us. Employees like him are rare, and I sincerely hope management recognizes what an incredible ambassador he is for your restaurant. He absolutely made our night and reminded us what outstanding hospitality looks like. We'll definitely be back for the cocktails, the atmosphere, and especially the exceptional service. Thank you for turning what started as a disappointing evening into a wonderful memory!
