He came out same day and gave me a completely reasonable estimate to re-locate a cable outlet and install electricity for my brand new gigantic and amazing flat screen. They came out the very next day and the crew arrived on time. They protected my furniture with drop cloths and plastic. The technicians went up to the attic to re-route the wiring. It must have been a zillion degrees up there, but not a single complaint. Although they had to cut out a small area in the wall for the installation, they patched it up perfectly. The excitement…read morehas transitioned into frustration and disappointment as it became obvious that the AVIR focus is on new installations. Try as I might, I have not been able to get a quote on the camera system we are wired for nor can we get anyone to come out and transfer the previous owners information to ours. AVIR has obviously made the lion share of their money on the previous owner and I guess they have $$ based priorities beyond that. We are now forced to replace the Savant system with a more mainstream product. I will update this review as we move along.
